A very pleasant stay - the rooms were extremely clean, the kitchenette has enough amenities such as a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, electric built in stove top, including various utensils for cooking. The windows have nets, the rooms have air conditioning, a ceiling fan and mosquito repellent devices. The pool in the yard is clean, with a shallow and deep part, there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and towels are provided. Breakfast was a great start to the day - varied, rich and served by friendly staff in the beautiful yard with a well-kept garden. The villa is located in a quiet place, but at the same time a 2-3 minute walk to the beach promenade and to the center with numerous restaurants and shops. Thank you to the kind host Kyriazis Litsakis for his hospitality, responsiveness and all the advice for restaurants in the city and beautiful beaches in the area. We will be happy to visit again Villa Riviera.

Nothing, but one advice - the clothes iron in the room can be replaced with a more powerful one.

It was the best anniversary gift for us!

The villa was so nice - a comfortable and spotless clean room, a big terrace with a bed, a pillow menu and the best breakfast ever! The staff is so welcoming and kind - they loved our husky Freya and were always happy to help. The pool and garden area was so perfect that some of the days we chose to stay there instead of the beach.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We haven't felt more welcome in a long time! Everything was perfect even before our arrival - the communication was smooth and effortless from booking to check-out. The space was spotless, stunning, and so beautifully designed. Our dog was welcomed like royalty, which meant the world to us! The host? Kyriazis is an absolute gem—gracious, kind, and genuinely warm. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience. Can’t wait to return!

One of the best apart hotels I've ever been to

The hotel is great, in a convenient location (about 5 minutes walk to the beach and to nearby taverns). At the same time, it is on a quiet street without busy traffic. There are no parking problems whatsoever, you can leave your car on the street right in front of the hotel. The beds are soft and comfortable. Internet access is fast and allows streaming. The staff is very kind and helpful. The owner is a very nice guy, he greeted and accommodated us, and answered all the questions we had regarding nearby attractions. I can't help but mention the breakfast. They don't offer buffet, but they serve extremely varied and delicious food in lavish quantities. The pool is a very nice place to relax, especially when the weather is not suitable for the beach (which was the case for us for a few days - it was sunny, but there was a strong wind blowing from the sea).

We come here again and again...

This is the third time we stayed in Villa Riviera. The host, Kiri, is excellent. The facilities are clean and easy to use. The bathroom is renovated, with a comfortable size, continuous hot water and a great shower head. The pool is a good size with many comfortable chairs for sunbathing. It is in the center of town but not in the center of the crowds, in a beautiful garden with fruit trees and cats. We also had a fruit basket and a nice bottle of white wine waiting for us when we arrived! Kiri also has a convenience store where you can buy great olive oil and local products. Don't miss that. Kiri was also kind to make a reservation for us at Agnanti Restaurant for the night of our arrival. And we had a table with the most beautiful view when we went there. (The food was also great as usual!)

Nothing... a really minor thing is that it would have been nice to have some shelves in the bathroom to put my toiletries.

Great experience: perfect location and friendly staff

The pool is perfect for both skilled and beginners, as it goes from 0.5m to 1.8m; very handy for parents to stay in the same pool with the kids. The garden is very nice and very well kept, breakfast in the garden is great. A lot of good advices from the host and always responsive to our requests Short walking distance to beach and down town

great value for money

The owner takes the time to get to know you and enjoys giving you advice about the area, knows all the good local joints for food. We had a rental car and did many day trips to wonderful historical treasures as well as baths beaches etc

There really isn't much to dislike, maybe that the bathroom and kitchen are on the smaller side... but really I am looking for something to write here as we really don't need that much there

It passed all expectations!

We spent only 1 night at the villa, but we loved it! The host was really kind, the room was clean, the beds very comfortable. There was no trouble finding a place to park. The beach and the city centre were nearby. Also make sure to book the breakfast too, it's fantastic!

Villa Riviera has a quiet location but close to restaurants and the beach. Villa has a very nice garden and pool. The breakfast is served in the garden and it is fantastic! The hosts are very nice and helpful: we were welcomed with a fruit basket, water and a bottle of wine.

location was spot on. a few min walk from the beach. Room was very clean and a good size, roomy balcony with pool view and a day bed with mosquito net. air con was working. welcome tray with wine and fruits was a nice touch. the pool was big enough to swim in and was clean. The whole place was tidy and welcoming. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included) was huge and served at the table in the garden. Definitely recommend the place and will check it out for future stays in Stavros.

no shower door meant the floor was wet, bathmat is provided though. There's a small leak in the kitchen.

Wonderful place for a relaxing stay in Stavros

Close to Stavros Center but far enough to be quiet (5 min walk). Very beautiful garden, everything is super clean, in the room you will find everything you need. The rooms at the 1st Floor have great views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast is excellent and diverse enough to satisfy all tastes. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and gave us many tips about what to do in and around Stavros. Hope to come back soon! Thank you Kyriazis!

Amazing place! The pool was super clean - we love it! The villa have a great location, the host was very nice. I believe this is the best place to stay is Stavros.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings, but we were there before the beginning of the season and people were preparing with some construction work.
