The accommodation is very clean and is located right in front of the best beach bar in Sarti. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The beach is clean and beautiful. The owner is exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to stay here again next year!

The accommodation was a good match for a slow weekend gateway. We got the sea view room and the view was truly amazing, you can see Mount Athos and the sea by just lying in bed.
A huge plus was their Cacoon Beach Bar which is right in front of the accommodation. They have extremely comfortable sun beds that their guests use at no extra cost. There is plenty of food and drink options in the menu, which are paid.
Location is on the quieter side of Sarti which we liked. All the taverns and shops are about 10-15 minutes walk.
I have to say the room and bathroom were extremely clean and well maintained. We liked the coffee machine and coffee capsules which are offered daily.
The staff were kind, helpful and cheerful! We are grateful for making our stay comfortable and spreading positive energy, especially from the main host!
Although this worked great for us there are some things that need to be kept in mind:
The room is fairly small which leads to the bed being smaller, not enough surfaces or a wardrobe, a small fridge. At least we appreciated the good amount of clothes hangers.
We had a small suitcase so this was not a huge problem but I can’t imagine storing more personal stuff in the room if you ever stay for a longer period.
The bathroom shower is fully open on one side which lets water splash on the floor.
The entrance door is also the balcony door (you enter from the balcony). Not a huge problem again, but worth mentioning.

Location is good straight across the road to the beach
When messaging the owner there was no response not even when we arrived to check in. The room was smaller than anticipated, more for one person than a couple
