Nice for skiing stay

Great hotel away from the busy street with amazing views

Great design, comfortable rooms, very good location. Amazing breakfast, one of the best I tried, so many choises that you don’t know what to choose. You can choose the type of matress that suites you. They have a small sport corner, a large enough pool and saunas.

A nice touch would have been to have the sleepers in the the room and not to take them from the reception. An in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner would have been perfect.

Great Stay with Excellent Service and Facilities

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly — excellent customer service all around! The breakfast was amazing, and the room and facilities were great, including the ski room. Everything made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I just wish it was a bit closer to the lift — it’s only a 5-minute walk, but not the most convenient in ski boots. That said, it’s close to the bus stop and the city center, which was really handy.

Fitness center isn't really a room but it is in a common area with the Spa/Massage area. It has only basic equipment.

Excellent hotel!

The staff is so friendly and service orriented! Everything is so well organized and maintained! The breakfast is exceptional. When we visited there was a big power outage (24hrs!) in the village. The hotel however has a very good generator so everything kept functioning. Even more, the staff remained positive and friendly.

The spa opening hours could be extended You even have a choice of matrasses (hard/medium/soft) but still two mattresses in a double bed.

WARNING, DO NOT GO HERE!

Clean rooms, clean areas. Parking in garage available.

They turn the ventilation off at night!!! The rooms become very humid and hot - very, very hard to sleep! In the end we turned the shower on full blast with cold water. After a few hours the temperature started being more humane. They did NOTHING when we complained about it. The reception staff just told us to open the door and the window / balcony door. As this hotel is squeezed in tightly with other hotels / buildings, you open up your room to strangers, cigarette smoke and the 6 o'Clock nearby churchbell. We left after one of two nights, no refund or any rebate. We will NEVER return here! It was the worst night of our entire trip!

Our stay was just perfect! the breakfast was awesome and rich, the hotel and facilities were clean and nice, the staff was so nice and helpfull, the hotel itself is very nice designed and the pool is amazing (could be a little bit warmer) value for many was exceeding our expectations. Will come back for sure!

Very nice and conveniently located but not super cozy or charming.

Breakfast is very good, although for such a nice spread I expected slightly better pastry offerings.

The twin beds were very narrow and the room was a little small. I thought the hallways were a little wide and lacking in character. It felt a little institutional.
