The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sophie from reception. Lovely spa are as well.
I was a bit disappointed, there was no swimming pool for the standard of the hotel one would be expected.

Communication was very poor from the outset breakfast time they positioned a table in the far back of the hotel restaurant areas with no windows or music staff were not very competent
