Amazing stay with a perfect location and nice employees

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was close to the lift (aprox. 8 min walking with skiboots) and also close to the bustation that brought you to the other lift. The breakfast was great, employees were helpful. Sauna facilities were amazing with water and some nuts and dates included. There was also a free to access (kids)pool and sauna in a building close to it.

Three minor things: - The pillows were a bit too soft for us - The rooms were a bit noisy, we could hear every step our upstairs neighbours were taking - A bit expensive

It was all good

Great location off the main road, making it nice and quiet. Good restaurants nearby. We liked Unkle Tom's, Gusto and La Fondue in the Sunny Hotel. The hotel was really clean and tidy and friendly helpful staff. Easy walk to the Giggijochle Telecabin to get up the mountain, with Ski Rental at Intersport just beside where we could store our ski boots and skis overnight. The nighttime tobogganing was great fun.

There could have been more than one coffee machine and breakfast.

Fantastic hotel in a great location

Recently renovated rooms which are very spacious, modern and comfortable. We had a family room and the children had their own large room with balcony separated from the main by sliding doors. Bathroom was also large and modern. The hotel is located in the centre of Solden with nice restaurants within walking distance. The inclusive Ötztal Summer Card is also great with access to many cable cars, museums and swimming pools.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Apart from that there was nothing we didn’t like.

All in all, one of the best winter holidays we had.

The hotel staff is really nice and professional. We stayed in that newly renovated part of the hotel. Room was clean, spaceous, two TVs with many channels, and with terrace. Hotel is close to ski lifts and gondolas, as well, there is complimentary access for 3 hours to spa that is literaly around the corrner. Restaurant is good, I strongly recommend pizzas there.

If you go later to breakfast, i.e. half an hour before the end, the choice of food is limited. Otherwise it is very good breakfast. Rooms should be equipped with electric kettle, so that guest can have tea or coffee after skiing day. It is not big investment, and management should think about it.

Everything is great. located at the center of town and the places to eat are around. The property is very clean and comfortable, the shower was powerful enough. Breakfast was also wonderful. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Perfect

We stayed here for 8 nights for a ski trip and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. A delicious breakfast was served daily. Location is perfect and not too far from ski lifts. We will definitely visit again!

The location is excellent and right next to everything. A few minutes walk to the ski lifts so we preferred to rent a locker there instead of carrying the equipment. Small but very nice spa area too and the breakfast

Superb

First of all, I have to say that the hotel staff are really welcoming and lovely people! Breakfast was superb, with different foods to choose from: sandwiches, cheese, different yoghurts, fruit, cereals, croissants, pancakes, bacon and eggs, juice, coffe, tea. We stayed in the annex building, breakfast was served in the main building, which was just a few steps away. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the annex building to have dinner. The location of the hotel is right next to the Freizeit Arena, very close to Giggijochbahn. There was a modern skiroom with boot-dryers, private parking.

Great place to experience winter or summer holidays!

We went to Sölden for a week for a skiing and trekking trip. The hotel was nice, cozy and clean. It's located super central, so that you can get everywhere easily and the most important things are in close vicinity. The staff there was exceptionally friendly and even helped us to rebook for free as we caught covid. We decided to check out one night beforehand, so that we could drive home early in the morning and the staff was so kind to pack us lunch bags which they gave us prior to checkout. It was a great experience and a great stay, we would definitely come here again!

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The room was bigger than expected and it's very spacious. The furniture looks new. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is OK.

Honestly it's a very nice hotel but there are a few things which can make it even better: - The sofa in the room was dusty. When you sit down on it a cloud of dust came out. - A fridge would be very useful. - The sealing of the foldable glass wall on the bath was a bit broken. - The bed was not soft enough for me. - The painting on the wooden balcony should be renewed.
