Superb location. Spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen area. Excellent Spa facilities
The ski and boot room were not big enough for the number of people staying in the hotel. The glass from the bathroom through to the main room whilst looking good allowed a lot of light into the bedroom

The Spa is amazing
The place is clean
Underground parking is a bonus
The location is hard to beat, walkable to Giggijoch it’s close everywhere, its new and modern
The hotel lacks proper skiing facilities like a ski room, with boot holding areas etc
Breakfast is really poor for the price asked.
The apartments are massive which is great but are really poorly laid out rendering the living spaces unusable otherwise then the dining table

The space and location were accurate.
The outside swimming pool on top of the roof was described as a heated pool but the water was very very cold, we could not get into water above knee level - all other guests likewise.

The location of the apartment was excellent, easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the gondolas. The apartment was exceptionally spacious in all areas, which included a large walk in wardrobe, en-suite rooms with large bathrooms and a balcony accessible from the lounge and 2 bedrooms. We were provided with dressing gowns and slippers for the spa and pool area. We requested the room to be cleaned every other day by hanging the sign on our door, dishwasher tablets were replenished and towels were changed. The spa area is lovely, open from 4-8pm with sauna, outside pool which was heated and lounge chairs indoors which overlooked the town. Everything was very clean and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small ski shop on site where you can also store your skis.
The bathroom doors were partly opaque and glass which wasn't the most private, although you could easily put something in that area to block any vision and there wasn't a comfy traditional sofa but there was plenty of seating with blanket and cushions, which was fine. There wasn't an oven but here were 2 hot plates and a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge freezer, toaster , kettle and microwave

Lovely modern spacious apartment in the centre of Soelden. Comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Would have been handy to have somewhere to dry ski boots

Clean, modern.
Very little. Rooftop pool could have been a little warmer but it was fine.

Misleading "Heated" Pool & Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price
The pool isn't hot! They advertise a heated pool, but in reality, it's a lukewarm disappointment at just 27°C. Definitely not what we paid their outrageous prices for. We couldn’t even use it—total waste of money.
The in-room kitchen has coffee but no sugar. Instead, they expect you to buy tiny sugar packs from the vending machine at 2 Euros each. At this price point, that's just insulting.
Reception hours are extremely limited. We arrived at 2 PM, only to be told we had to travel to another hotel just to check in. Completely inconvenient and unacceptable for a place charging this much.

New modern building, parking garage. Huge terrace/ balcony. Location. Spa.
Weird floor plan in the apartment, living room is quite dark and pretty much useless. Reception open only a few hours per day.
Only two chairs on the balcony, although the apartment was for four persons.
During our arrival, there was a big event taking place and some roads and streets were closed. It would have been nice to get some info from the hotel in advance on how to drive to the garage.
The hotel is basically a construction site, as they are adding floors to the building. No information about this on Booking.com

The space was roomy, we rented two bedrooms and two baths. The area to store your ski equipment was large. We rented skis since we flew in from U.S.A. Part of that space could be utilized for a small washer and dryer.
Let's see, no one was ever there to help at FRONT DESK. TV's didn't work in our room, when we asked Maria, she acted as if she did not understand ENGLISH and giggled. Lucky for us we did speak German. They kept the hallways clean but our room was never cleaned, but we were given new towels every 2nd day. No body wash ( douche wash)..plenty of shampoo but nothing to wash body with. The room was like a tomb, no ventilation, no air flow...unless you opened the door to the small patio. Kitchen very little supplies, no dish soap..but they have compost and multiple recycle bins.We had to ask a cleaning person on multiple occasions to open the pool. The pool was to be open 8 am to 8 pm but the door was always locked. After a long day of skiing and trying to sleep I listened to the group above me sliding their chair back and fourth on the laminate flooring, or the people who's dog barked incisively. I like dogs, I have three they bark...but not at 2 am

Property was excellent, location was fabulous and the staff were very friendly
The sofa on in the apartment was very uncomfortable and not appropriate for sitting on, if they changed the apartment would be absolutely brilliant!

Great location - 5 mins to Giggijoch main lift and most restaurants. Very large, modern and well appointed serviced apartment with plenty of space and separate closet to store all your ski clothes. Boot and ski store in lobby and nice sauna/spa area on the top floor with outdoor pool. Apartment was serviced every two days - fresh towels, bins emptied and a basic clean.
Breakfast, as others have said, was fairly meagre, especially for €15/head; basic continental breakfast. Frankly, you could have the same for a fraction of the cost by stocking up at the decent little convenience store 2 mins away. There are not many places nearby offering an alternative for breakfast. This wasn’t a huge issue for us. Only other minor issue was the pillows were pretty poor. All in all though, a great place to stay in Sölden. Worth noting if you arrive in town early that reception only tends to be open from 3pm.

Free parking inside at the hotel. Clean and quiet room and hotel. Ski rental inside the hotel and same company (sport4you) has another store at Giggijoch, where you can leave your rented skiis and your own or rented boots. Therefore there is no need to carry things from the hotel. Spa area on top floor and roof is very nice, with 3 different saunas and relaxing area, plus pool outside. As as guest of this hotel we could also use the nice inside pool and spa of Regina Hotel about 1km away. Apartment (2 bedrooms + living room, 2 bathrooms + terrace was large enough. Within 100m several good restaurants to choose from and supermarket nearby as well. The free bus goes very frequently along the main street.
There were toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no soap for handwash next to sinks. Would be nice especially during covid. Brush would be nice for handwashing dishes, but there were tablets for dishwasher, which was nice. An extra nice thing would be a washing machine for clothes, but I guess then we would need a place to dry them as well, so I don't know how well that would work.

big appartment, brand new
interior design could have been more cosy, appartment layout could have been much better. availability of the staff was limited.

Great location, amenities, space and all almost new. Personnel from remote reception was great and supportive compensating the lack of local support.
Poor maintenance, in 10 days you expect at least one time the apartment to be vacuum cleaned.( or at least provide a vacum cleaner to do it yourself ) I am not talking of a full clean only a general vacuuming of the floor.
Lack of hot water ( except some days when hotel is almost full is provided on a 1 hour plan in the morning the hot water is in best cases "warm-ish"). The maintenance claimed to keep the water to run longer but I found out it makes it worst. Best approach was to run it until it get warm. let it stop for 5 min then it was warm enough for next 4-5 min.
Pool is just a "check-mark" as a publicity attraction but is not heated ( in 10 days after first 3 days I have bought a thermometer and checked the water temperature - 19~21 degree during the October period - only one day it exceed 28 and it was AMAZING). you are forced to use the near by Solden pool.(even for shower)
