A lovely hotel in a lovely location with great staff!

Excellent location, convenient ski rental and storage, all the staff are brilliant, the spa is lovely, the rooms spacious, the food is lovely, the views are great. What I particularly liked was the “5 star feel” to it, but without things being overly formal as can sometimes feel in such places. It had a nice “family run” feel to it, unusual for such big and luxury hotels.

Very minor quibbles that I wouldn’t even mention if it weren’t a 5-star hotel, but one of the lift buttons on the second floor wasn’t very sensitive and so often took multiple presses to get it to register. The shower in my room also seemed to suddenly fluctuate up in temperature every now and then causing me to jump out from the water to avoid discomfort/possible burning.

Great Hotel at the Alps

Great family owned luxury hotel among the Alps. The hotel is nice and modern, room size perfect, bed super comfortable. The wellness are at the roof is amazing also. Breakfast fine, the dinner very delicious. The staff at the reception, wellness area and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Ski slopes and cable cars in a couple of minutes walking distance.

All was great, only disadvantage that the hotel is at the main road of the village so a bit noisy.

Very helpful staff, good and diverse breakfast, close to the slopes, nice outside pool.

My room was very noisy. It faced the main street, with a club across the street. The windows should be triple glazing with sound-proof curtains. If you have a light sleep, like I do, it’s better to avoid.

Rooms are spacious as well as bathroom. Breakfast is good, offering variety of fresh food. Spa area is nice, but too busy in the afternoon.

Hotel is not really skiing to door facility, which is important when you are traveling with kids. Ski school is advertised as part of hotel offer, however hotel depends on local ski schools that are too busy. It is not mentioned that you need to request from hotel to book you ski school in advance to your stay. Hotel does not have concierge service.

The hospitality is excellet. The staff really made us feel welcome from check in to check out. Enjoying the great SPA facilities after hiking was the highlight or one of the highlights.

Too many Families with noisy children. Room Neighboors locked their dog the whole day into the room and the poor dog was crying the whole day...! Please don't allow pets in such facilities; that's a nightmare, if they get locked into the room for the whole day...!! :-(

Truly exceptional hotel with outstanding facilities, amazing food and warm and welcoming staff.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so welcoming, the design of the hotel was beautifully simple and elegant, the rooms extremely clean and comfortable, the food was absolutely exceptional and the service was superb. On top of all this there was an amazing spa with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc.

When we arrived in the hotel in the first day the say to us that they can t receive us to the hotel because our vaccin for 6 people from our group was old then 6 months , and we show the email to them that we receive from the property on 1 of february were it was clear that our vaccine need to be not older 9 months and in this case we are good , and the let us enter the hotel , in the second day evening when we came to restaurant they come and expelled us from the restaurant and they say that we have 3. minutes to took our clothes and exit in front of all people from restaurant , the front men from the reception was screaming to us , it was a horror because we came a part of our group with car and a part with plane , we was driving 2000 km , we was thery angry but we exit hotel because it was night , and we find an apartment were we paid 1500 euro to sleep one night , in the second day we call a lawyer from germany and he call to main office of the city , and explain all situation and give us the law were it was explained that if make an addition covid test in austria we can stay in the hotel , but in the first day we show the covid test also , because all of us has both and covid test and vaccine , in the mornnig of the second day we make at the pharmacie a new covid test for what we paid more 300 euro and then they let us to enjoy our staying in the hotel , but it was a night mare because some of our group has a child for 2 years , we cant explain how hard it was but i think you understand our dissatisfaction
