Fourth stay, but the weakest experience. I return with pleasure, but I expect more fairness.

I enjoyed the food, and every dinner and breakfast was a delight. I also really appreciated how clean everything was. I highly recommend the waiter Alexander Ahlgrimm. He is very professional, attentive, and empathetic. His service made our dining experience exceptional.

I was disappointed that, despite this being my fourth stay at the hotel, I was given a room significantly inferior to the one I had booked and paid for on Booking. I noticed the difference in quality halfway through my stay and addressed it with the management. As a result, only my children’s room was upgraded, while I received no compensation for my own room. Although I appreciated the gesture for my children, my dissatisfaction remains, as I expected fair treatment and for my original booking to be honored.

Great hotel with a lot of character, amazing facilities (LOTS of different saunas, pool and cool rest areas), attentive and professional staff which looks after your every need and insanely good food!! Oh! And the ski room plus transfer to the two main ski lifts, plus you can buy ski pass at the hotel. Five stars all round.

The Place to stay in Solden

This is the 5***** service and professional care that make you feel very welcome and relaxed right away. As it is a half board package, you have a table in the main restaurant bookd for you for breakfast and dinne. same table, and friendly waiters, as well as excellend cuisine. the suit was spacious and cozy with a fireplace and a view that inspired you every morning.

Houskeeping slipped up a bit on the claening, but when we noted that to the reception, everything was back on track immedietly with smiles and apologies all the way.

A true gem where the whole family feel welcome and valued as customers. A lesson for other hoteliers and organisations.

Amazing, discreet atmosphere, wonderful food and spa, top quality massage and impressive wine selection. Staff friendly and extremely professional- nothing too much trouble. Able to put taxis, transfers and ski instruction on the bill. Everything smooth and relaxing.

One would need to try hard to find fault with Das Central! We are rebooking as soon as possible.

Pet friendly, good food and great spa - a winning combo for us

We had a lovely stay. Such a great pet-friendly 5 star hotel. Half board had great food, the facilities were well maintained, and the spa area is bigger than we expected! There was a wedding on the same day, but we didn’t hear any noise during the night from our room. We asked to move to the bar for dessert and the staff was accommodating.

One of the hard to find places that really offer an experience beyond what can be expected.

A very friendly welcome, a perfectly clean and very nice room with large balcony and a great view, delicious food and a marvelous spa area, a great starting point for fantastic hiking trips and to visit the 007 Elements exhibition and ice Q restaurant at 3040m.

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Prachtige locatie met veel potentieel maar (te) weinig familiegevoel

Het hotel is deels mooi gerenoveerd en de vernieuwde wellness is een pareltje. Kamers waren degelijk en mooi gerenoveerd. Ontbijt en diner waren prima verzorgd;

Het hotel miste een ziel, een familiegevoel dat je vaak aantreft in Oostenrijkse hotels. Buiten een obligate rondgang van de eigenares voelde je geen betrokkenheid met het personeel. De mensen aan de receptie zijn niet vriendelijk en communiceren gebrekkig over de reservaties in restaurants. Ik had een kamer geboekt met een ligbad maar in de kleine lettertjes stond er blijkbaar dat dit niet voor alle kamers was. De bar area die normaal een bruisend iets is na een skidag, was doorgaans leeg en ongezellig. Verwacht in de namiddag ook geen soep/taart, er is niets voorzien. De vernieuwde wellness is toegankelijk voor kinderen en daarom zeer druk, terwijl de adults-only wellness zeer verouderd is en niet fraai.

Heerlijk hotel, mooie spa en goede pendelfaciliteiten naar de liften.

Ik vond de medewerkers van het hotel niet altijd overal even vriendelijk. Jammer van de vele schreeuwende kinderen in het hotel en in de Spa. Maak de Spa op de 4e en 5e verdieping alleen voor volwassenen. Er is ook een zwembad en een kinderkamer op de 1e. Prijs is zeer fors, vooral als je ook nog voor water, koffie en thee moet betalen.
