Pleasant stay and nice location

I had a decent stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. The ski room was really nice and convenient to use. While there’s some room for improvement, it was a satisfactory experience for a short stay.

Although the facilities looked new and well maintained, the swimming pool water was disappointingly cold. The spa area also felt chilly, especially when walking around, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Great location. The pool was a very pleasant surprise, it was beautiful, clean, and had nice bubble jets. The sauna was also very good. Parking under the building was convenient, and the lifts made it easy to get around. Ski lifts, après-ski spots, and restaurants were all close by. Breakfast was enjoyable. I stayed in a corner family room, which had a great terrace and was very comfortable.

Because the building has a newer section, it was a little confusing at first to find where the rooms are located. Once we understood the layout it was fine, and the lifts helped a lot.

Excellent location, both for skiing and apre-ski, right in the middle of town and 2 minutes' walk from the lift. Great choice of food for breakfast. The Wellness centre and the pool, with panoramic window overlooking the high street are exceptional. The car park is under the building with direct access to all floors. We had a 'supreme' room, which was very spacious, with a separate lounge area and big balcony.

The only think I can think of that I did not like is coffee, which was not great and let down otherwise excellent breakfast.

Great for the budget and best spa around.

Initially there was an issue with the heating in our room, so we got moved. For this we got an upgrade to a superior room. However both rooms were lovely. The other room was warm as expected from every Austrian hotel. The hotel staff were just lovely. Reception so helpful. The guy doing eggs in the morning was always so enthusiastic I felt bad if I didn't have an omelette. Having a ski boot room in the hotel was brilliant! So easy for unpacking and getting ready. It was also right next to the bus stop. It was only 500m from each lift but this was so helpful when walking in ski boots. The food - 4 course dinner was good. Sometimes the main was a little simple and not the high standard we are used to in Austria, but you could not complain as it was delicious, lots of it and served timely. This hotel has a brilliant wellness area- better than most and really great for the price. You definitely need some R+R post skiing and this is a great place. Lots of space, multiple saunas. Only issues was having to ask reception for robes- which were free, or for extra towels. They were not available in the sauna area which isn't great as you often need two and there was a sink but no glasses but a place for them. These things just need worked out to make it efficient for people. But otherwise enough seating areas, roomy sauna and really cool pool area! Fantastic!

One of the staff in the restaurant got the drink orders wrong and declined our neighbours to rectify this. She also then got our wrong, so we just spoke to a senior member of staff who was wonderful. The other team were absolutely lovely and we just had a lovely time.

Great hotel in the centre of Sölden!

Loved my stay here. Lovely renovated room, friendly staff, parking garage (at a fee), skibus stops right next door or opposite the street. Located right in the centre of town. Skis and boots can be stores in the heated ski lockers. Food in the restaurant is decent, especially for the small premium when choosing halfboard (choice of 2 menu options). Breakfast selection is good, even can get your eggs or omelet made to order. Also has a nice swimming pool and relaxing wellness, nothing to be faulted. Would definitely come again!

The only minor thing to be aware of, is that this hotel basically consists of 2 connected buildings. You’ll need to find your way around which can be a bit confusing and not logical (esp. needing to change elevators to get from one place to the other) but once you know your way, it’s fine. Like I said, a minor issue that I would definitely overlook considering all the good things and price/quality ratio.

Very good

The staff were enjoying themselves. Chargeable garage for the motorcycle. Big breakfast with a happy chef to cook fresh omlettes and eggs as required. Nice central location.

Good sized rooms. Good garage for parking. Pool looked amazing but didn’t have time to use it. Nearby restaurants and bar. Breakfast adequate.

Great Location and Friendly Staff - Book With Confidence.

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the bar staff, Elle and Agi from Latvia. The Spa and swimming pool were really nice at the end of a full on day skiing too. The hotel was well run and the room was very spacious. I would definitely stay again based on my weeks stay in April 2023.

Mattress could have been thicker and softer, I had trouble cooling the room down at night as there was no thermostat in our particular room. Traffic noise and church bells (6am every morning) may affect your sleep though not the hotels fault.

Great for skiing in Sölden.

Everything worked and the staff were lovely. we had breakfast included and it was a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The ski locker room was also great.

Most guests appeared to have booked half board and had dinner at the hotel every night. We only had dinner there twice and it wasn’t that good.

great location, our room was nice & spacious with a comfortable bed. bathroom had a separate loo. nice spa & pool. good croissants, nice fresh eggs/ omelettes in the morning, good soups & evening menus, half board good value & plenty of food. staff were all nice, polite & helpful. nice bar too.

menus & food offerings were good but cooking could be improved, dishes were often a bit over cooked & meat was dry. sliced bread was a bit stale. fresh fruit juice would be much better than concentrate
