Very beautiful hotel in the middle of Sölden

The room was spaceous and spotless clean! The beds were comfortaboe and the sauna area beautiful. We had a look at the gym (didnt use it as there was no time) and it looked amazing. The breakfast was excellent-thank you so much!

The restaurant was enormeous - but for breakfast we got the same table asigned for both mornings - and were zurrounded by (noisy) people. Why? There were so many empty tables??? There was only onecoffee machine available so quite some traffic in the morning. It seems that smoking is allowed downstairs... We had a room in the first floor and the hallway stank both mornings In the sauna you can have fresh fruit and tea. The first day we went there was no fruit, lemonwater or cups left... Surprising! Nobody came to check, no refill... And: not the hotels fault: there are guests that enter the spa area and block a bed in the relaxing area (4 available) to then disappear for half an hour... Just because... Very egoistic!

Breakfast was quite good, but not exceptional. Waiting staff very good. Sauna area wasn't huge and was pretty busy, but very relaxing all the same.

Entering the Hotel late at night while everyone inside sleeps, was problematic and stressful.

Perfect location for a short weekend ski trip.

The buffet was good, as expected. Location was perfect, between the two larger lifts and in front of the smaller lift. The Sauna experience was very good and all round facilities were top notch.

The omelette at breakfast was overcooked and we had to remind staff of our coffee orders 3 times.

Really good location and really nice facilities. They have a very beautiful and cosy restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the room was really nice. They also provide hamam and steam rooms for free.

We had 2 single beds next to each other while we asked for a double. still it was comfortable.

Good hotel with a few drawbacks

Our 4th time at this hotel and staff, particularly wait staff, were fabulous as usual. Food was very good but we already knew that from previous stays. Location is excellent, mid-way between the cable-car and the village centre and the usual included Summer Card was great for all lifts, buses etc. In itself it's worth 88 euros.

The room was rather basic and the balcony was on the side of the building next to a noisy bikers' bar, and in shade all day. We never had wi-fi in our room throughout the whole stay and it was never fixed, neither was there an offer of a reduction for this lack of advertised facility. Also for a 4-star hotel, there was no bed linen change during the whole 7 nights. Not good!

The location of the hotel was excellent! The owner of the hotel was very friendly and heartwarming. Our room was everyday very well cleaned. The food was good and some of the staff were friendly. The breakfast is sooo good, much choice and very delicious!

We didn’t get a very warm welcome by one of the staff members in the morning but than we met someone else of the staff at the evening and than we got a full explanation of the hotel. The presentation of the food wasn’t very fine.

Nice traditional hotel in the center of Sölden

Great location and fantastic food (we really enjoyed the dinner!) at a fair price. The included Öztal card is a nice bonus (and is worth a lot). Renovated, modern rooms without losing the traditional alpine feeling.

Small complaints only: A bit loud (because of the location—directly on the Main Street), and staff were attentive when asked for but not particularly friendly.

Es war für uns ein toller Ski Urlaub in gemütlicher Atmosphäre

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit familiären Flair trotzdem professionell geführt. Gutes, ausreichendes Frühstück und sehr Variantenreiches 4-gängiges Abendessen. Schöner, moderne aber doch gemütlicher SPA Bereich. Kommen gerne wieder!

;itten im Ort gelegen, bei Zimmern mit Blick auf die Straßenseite empfiehlt es sich , die Fenster / Türen zu schließen, dann hört man nichts mehr. Schöner Blick auf die Berge vom eigenen Balkon aus. Sehr hilfsbereite, ortskundige und freundliche Rezeptionistinnen. Ein tolles Restaurant nebst Bar, das Essen war vorzüglich, große Weinauswahl, schöne gemütliche Ausstattung. Hauseigene kostenlose Parkplätze. Bademäntel und Handtücher für den Besuch der Freizeitmöglichkeiten wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Hübsches Hotel, hatten ein großes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, Toilette vom Bad getrennt. Kleiner aber feiner Spa-Bereich. Beim Frühstück fehlt auch nichts.

夕食が大変おいしかったです！　レセプションの方が、丁寧にサマーカードの利用の仕方を教えて頂きたくさん楽しめました。朝食のスタッフの方、夕食のスタッフの方の笑顔が最高でした。 5泊しましたが、もう少し宿泊日数を増やしたいほど楽しい思い出ができました。バス停のすぐ隣りがホテルなのでこれも助かりました。利用しなかったのですが、ジムやサウナも無料で使えるそうです。素晴らしいホテルです！　毎日、部屋には無料のお水も置いてくださいました。
