Good for a short stay

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great (plenty of sweet and savory options). The room was okay, had everything we needed.

A small remark concerns the beds. They were quite small and felt more like extra beds. We were accommodated in the hotel’s annex, a separate three-story house next to the main building (hotel). Everything else in the room was just fine.

Familial hôtel, good value for money. Bedroom decoration is a little bit old school but it makes it more genuine and traditional. Bedroom and facilities were very clean. Good breakfast /dîner.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

This is a well located hotel. The restaurant offers fantastic food. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and hot showers. The balconies also offer a wonderful place to relax after a long day hiking. The staff are also very friendly

Well maintained lodgings in slice of heaven

Very clean, spacious rooms, breakfast was plenty, restaurant on site made it easy to have a few drinks without having to drive around. One night we were the only persons in the restaurant and they still catered for us. Much appreciated. Also has an elevator for those that need it and parking.

Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Posizione ottima, in pochi passi si arriva in piazza Vigo e nel resto del centro di Auronzo. Camera molto pulita e con tutto il necessario. Molto buono anche il ristorante e le cameriere molto attente nel servizio. Colazione approvata, vasta scelta e cibo all'altezza!

L'unico commento che mi sento di fare è che si sente qualche rumore, l'insonorizzazione non è perfetta ma per quanto mi riguarda non ha compromesso il mio soggiorno e il sonno. Se avete il sonno leggero consiglio di portarsi i tappi per le orecchie, per il resto nulla da dire.

Un soggiorno piacevole.

L'albergo non è sul viale principale della città, dunque al calmo del traffico stradale, lo staff è simpatico e abbiamo fatto un eccellente cena e colazione.

Il parcheggio dell'Albergo era pieno, ma non è un problema c'è un parcheggio pubblico gratuito a circa 100m.

Weekend sul lago

Hotel pulito e in buona posizione. Stanza confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione varia con dolce, salato e qualche opzione gluten free. Abbiamo anche cenato in loco una sera e ci siamo trovati bene.

L'unica pecca è il parcheggio piccolo. Abbiamo sempre dovuto cercare un posto altrove.

La habitación muy justita…aire acondicionado no habia,ascensor tampoco.nos han alojado en un anexo que tienen y es bastante viejo…y el personal mal..no hacen nada por explicarte o entenderte ya que no hablamos italiano..admiten mascotas ya que llevamos un perrito tekel..muy pequeño y no te dejan llevarlo a desayunar ni con trasportin…bueno en general calidad precio mal…muy caro

Il sito diceva animali ammessi, ma non si poteva portare il cagnolino in sala da pranzo/colazione. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione uno alla volta, separati. Anche altri clienti che abbiamo incontrato con i loro cani, si sono lamentati di questo.

Hotel pulito con ascensore. Camere spaziose e ben tenute. Presa x auto elettrica ottima. Ristorante ove si mangia molto bene con varietà piatti. Ottima la colazione. Staff cordiale e disponibile

Una sciocchezza, ma far pagare 50centesimi la brocca dell' acqua naturale non ē simpatico. In montagna l acqua del rubinetto ē ottima e non occorre l acqua minerale. PS io ho bevuto birra ma ho notato il cartello
