Old hotel and nice people but room is not clean and the services are not really good

very dirty room full of dust and also Jakozi after 10 pm could not warm but who is the owner family is nice but when my wife said room is not that much clean they did not do anything

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Really good hotel – very clean and with a friendly reception. The bed was comfortable and the overall impression of the facilities is good. The breakfast was ok 👌

Unfortunately, we couldn’t have dinner at the hotel because there was a private party, so we had to walk 10–15 minutes to eat at another place. When we came back to use the sauna, the party was still going on and the people talked very loud outside and walking near, so it was not possible to relax. Later we went to the pool and jacuzzi to enjoy some quiet time, but there was a couple and the man was loudly cleaning his nose in the pool! Then he jumped into the jacuzzi, splashing water on us, and did the same thing with his nose there as well. We left immediately because it was really unpleasant. Also, the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to rest.

Fair stay for the price we paid

The location is very nice for touring the most exciting areas of the dolomites, especially if you have a car. Additionally the rooms where big, the shower was cozy and the TV worked well with all of our streaming services so we could end each day with a nice movie. The hotel has lots of free parking, so it was no challenge at all to find a place to leave the car. We also felt very safe to walk around town at night, eating at El gringo's fantastic pizzeria and the AMMM hamburger place. We also liked the views from our window and the nice warm pool. Breakfast was tasty, and they had all we needed.

So the most obvious complaint is the cleanliness. The rooms were overall clean, but only superficially so. Some of the towels and robes had stains on them, we found hair that was not ours on the bedsheets once we arrived in the room, and there was a little bit of mold in the shower. At some point seeing those we were a lot more vigilant and probably found even more dirty parts that wouldn't have bothered us otherwise, but such is the situation when you see some dirty things. In the cleaning up between days, the cleaning staff did not change the towels we left on the floor (the stained ones), though we are pretty sure it's a universal sign for that. But to their credit they did come and remade the room very nicely.

A Place We’d Love to Return To

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Despite arriving later than expected due to a delayed flight, the staff kindly waited for us and welcomed us with such hospitality. Our room was absolutely charming, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast served outside, with an incredible view that made the mornings feel truly special. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. We would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Pleasant

The location was good for people who want to hike in the dolomites. There is a big pool which is also a bonus. The rooms are basic.

The breakfast was poor. There was very little choice and the things there were where not very tasteful. There is also no mini fridge in the room which is not ideal.

Amazing views, great facilities (pool, sauna, etc), but most of all incredibly kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately we didn't get his name, but the man working on reception woke up early to make sure we had coffee and food before an early morning (5.30) check out for a bus we had to catch. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I booked this hotel last minute due to poor planning on my part and it ended up being more than I could’ve asked for. They helped me with my future hotel arrangements near Tre Cime so I could maximize my short stay and immediately fit me into a delicious 5 course meal offered in their dinning room. The room was clean and the view was breathtaking. Would stay here again!

Struttura bellissima, camera calorosa e ben curata. Vista strepitosa. Staff gentile e accogliente. Molto bella l'idea del ascensore. Sauna e idromassaggio senza parole, wow. Da rifare molto volentieri.

Purtroppo l'acqua della piscina non era calda come l'idromassaggio.

Bellissimo hotel che non ha nulla da invidiare rispetto a un 4 stelle per diversi aspetti. Ho apprezzato: parcheggio ampio, camere, pulizia, colazione dolce e salato, vista, accesso piscina, sauna, idromassaggio fino le 23 gratuita, la velocità nel check-in e checkout. Per la cena: esistono dei ristoranti vicino anche convenzionati che consiglio, oppure anche direttamente in hotel se volete fare un menù completo e ricco (40 euro= due antipasti, due primi, secondi, dolce, acqua e vino inclusi). La cena era ottima, bravi !

Un bellissimo soggiorno. Lo staff sempre molto disponibile, la struttura molto bella e ben equipaggiata. Bellissima la visuale sulle montagne sia dalla camera che dalla zona sauna e piscina.
