Acceptable but no more

Breakfast was ok and staff friendly Room was fine

Rather stale smell of cooking in hallway and on stairs Nobody there much of time and forced to let myself through dark entry at back Heating turned itself off in my room both days. Staff turned it on first time but nobody there todo this second eve at 8pm so I was cold. Shower warm but slow and not warm enough Staff were sweet and tried tohelp when there but it was self service rest of time

We loved the feel of this hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. The walk into the city center and to the train station were very easy.

Very good location, good breakfast

The staff were very good. Breakfast is OK. The room is large enough. The location of the hotel is quite good. Walk to downtown takes 15 minutes. There is a parking area for cars (an extra 20 euros).

There's no toilet door. It's a shame you'll want to use the toilet or bathroom when you're staying with your family. The room wasn't clean. Unfortunately, there were cobwebs everywhere. There's a garden for parking, but you have to pay an additional €20 per night. It might be free for guests.

Not worthy for the price

Not far from the city center. The staff was always kind

There is not door between the room and de bathroom. But the most annoying thing was that in the morning there was not hot water to have a shower. We told the staff and took us to the common bathroom where there wasn’t either. We told them but we only received and apologise, not a solution or compensation.

For a small and charming place, it was neither fully professional nor particularly friendly.

Its location is central. You can especially enjoy a pleasant time at Minnewater Park right next to it. The breakfast is tasty and sufficient.

Due to some confusion during the payment process, one of the receptionists displayed an attitude that bordered on rude. It felt like she was speaking to a coworker rather than a guest. She implied something like “you might run off without paying,” though she tried to soften it—but the underlying message was clear. They didn’t even acknowledge the compliments we gave about something, or perhaps they simply didn’t speak English. Our bed was made by combining two separate beds, so we can’t say we had a truly comfortable sleep. Also, their attitude didn’t feel very welcoming toward guests with a baby. (Only the ladies at the reception were like this—there was one gentleman who was actually quite helpful.)

Very bad smell. Shower in room not working. Pillows really bad . Bedding stained. No lampshade. Overall very bad. Would not recommend it at all.

Overall, very nice. It has an excellent restaurant

Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Room was good but the pillows were TERRIBLE. It left us both with sore necks! It was like sleeping on cotton balls. They have to replace these. If we went back we would ask about this. Otherwise, we liked the place.

More hostel than hotel

The people working there were pleasant

Did not look the same when there in person. The restaurant was closed on Monday so there were no staff present and we had to go to the restaurant down the road to get access. We had to enter through the basement and it was not smelling very pleasant to be honest. It felt more like a glorified hostel than a hotel. If I was travelling alone I would not have felt particularly safe due to access arrangements and lack of people about.

The location is within walking distance of the train station And the centre of Bruges, The restaurant is very good. Car parking on the hotel property. Hotel is very quant , placed on the outskirts of Bruges.

The rooms a very dated with a lack of modern fixtures and fittings and steep stairs.

Fantastic

It was in great location, close to the station and the centre. There was free parking. It was clean, the staff were all really friendly and the building had a lot of character.

Only small thing, was being on the first floor above the restaurant, when they are closing down at night it’s really loud. But this is also an older building so can understand.

Well located, with parking and good breakfast but lacking of maintenance

Location is good, close to a green area and with a free parking, which is kind of rare in this city. Also, the breakfast was very nice. The restaurant offers some beer taps, which allows you to taste some fresh local beers.

Lack of general maintenance in the bedroom: The toilet was missing the lid... The kettle had a broken lid. The playground area some broken toys. There was no hair conditioner, so ensure you carry yours if you stay here.

Lokacija -nasproti avtobusne postaje in na začetku historičnega dela mesta. Možnost parkiranja poleg manjšega hotela. Tudi receptor je bil zelo prijazen, je pripravil zajtrk, ki je bil ok. Postelja je bila udobna.

Soba je potrebna adaptacije , je bila hladna ob prihodu. Dobila sva sicer dodatni radiator. Kopalnica je zelo zastarela, a čista. Vhod v sobo je bil čez sanitarije (napis WC na vratih) letnega vrta, je zaudarjalo po zatohlem.

De kamer viel best wel tegen. Muffe lucht. Niet erg schoon, overal vlekken in de gordijnen, muur en beddengoed. Plankje bij de wastafel hing los, en na gebruik wastafel was er een rioollucht te ruiken. De douche cabine stond los in de kamer als een soort vitrinekast. Daarnaast geen stopcontacten en nachtkastjes naast het bed. Ontbijt was ook zeer beperkt. De locatie en personeel maakte het nog enigszins aangenaam. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Удачное место для осмотра Брюгге. До центра 15 минут неспешным шагом.. Внизу ресторан , но вечером шумных помех не создает. Завтрак отличный , большое спасибо. В принципе все понравилось.

В номере за 107 евро на ночь отключают отопление... Не комильыо...

Pour 100€ à deux, c’est un rapport qualité/prix correcte mais ne soyez pas regardant sur les détails.

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé. Dans son ensemble, le personnel est plutôt agréable. Le petit déjeuné était correcte (il y avait tout de qu’il fallait). L’hôtel dispose d’un parking privé gratuit. La literie est correcte et propre (lit confortable et serviette à disposition.)

Il n’était pas inscrit que l’hôtel était fermé le jour de notre arrivée. De ce fait, nous avons dû attendre l’hôte devant l’hôtel, dehors sous le froid et la pluie pour qu’il vienne ouvrir l’hôtel à une heure précise donnée par celui-ci alors que j’avais demandé un Check-in plus tard dans la journée (confirmer par l’hôte). De plus, dans son ensemble, la chambre n’était pas très propre (mur taché, toiles d’araignée, froid glaciale, moisissure dans la douche, mal isolation, sol moyen…)

Ondanks vriendelijk personeel geen aanleiding voor terugkeer, door lucht en kwaliteit kamers

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De parkeerkosten zijn laag en auto mocht best lang blijven staan, heel fijn. Het restaurant beneden heeft een gezellige sfeer.

De lucht in de kamers, wij konden slecht slapen van de kelderlucht die ook met raam open niet verdwijnt. De kamers zijn echt gedateerd, op zich geen probleem maar slechte uitstraling en in combinatie met die lucht. gehorig was het ook en bij één van onze kamers deed de douche het niet en werkten de kraantjes sowieso slecht. Heel jammer omdat de mensen heus zeer vriendelijk zijn en de omgeving mooi.

Goed gesitueerd, maar beetje gedateerd. Kamer was rustig, badkamer wel houtje touwtje. Avondeten oké maar prijs kwaliteit aan de dure kant.

Het was heel koud in de kamer bij aankomst. Ook 's morgens viel de verwarming op de kamer vroeg weer uit. We konden niet eten in de (verwarmde) refter. Het ontbijt stond blijkbaar in een frigo in de gang (wisten we niet op voorhand) en er was geen brood (wel choco, boter ...).
