Perfect spot for a little romantic getaway in Brugge!

The room layout and amenities were a highlight! Everything was so cozy, bed was very comfortable and we wish we could stay another night. The bar has a very nice vibe and selection. The location was great for proximity to all the sights and attractions but also for parking. The t'Zand parking area was so close and convenient.

Wonderful & relaxing stay

Room was lovely and very comfortable. Not at all noisy. Bar on property had an interesting selection of cocktails.

Minor issue- the wardrobe shelves were very wide and mostly extremely high so it was hard to put all our things away on shelves we could comfortably reach.

It was bright airy and very welcoming as were the staff extremely comfortable and very close to the city centre but far enough to be quiet and peaceful,we had little chocolates waiting on the bed,fresh fruit and complimentary mini bar

I liked all the details the hotel offered: It was very welcoming and very neat and clean. I liked the decoration and the perfume you could feel everywhere in the building

Super hotel in a super location!

Loved the look of the place, great style, lots of lovely candles burning. Very welcoming scents and staff, drinks in the bar were also fab. Great location, everything we put into google maps was less than half a mile away! Room was small but perfectly formed, steamer and umbrella provided in the lit up wardrobe and free mini bar were unexpected touches! And the staff also provided me with oat milk free of charge so we could drink coffee in the room. Fresh towels provided each day, as were top tips in terms of food&drink and attractions, I really can’t say enough good things about the hotel!

The hotel was perfectly located in old town Bruges. We found the staff and the facilities most accommodating. It could not have been a more pleasurable stay.

Perfect spot, affordable, wonderful views, modern, cool and quiet.

We were in the "suites" separate from the main hotel but on the top floor with gorgeous views on all sides. Quiet room, great location, the AC worked great and there is a very large bathtub. Staff was friendly and helpful and got our bags up to the room.

Only minor things was it was tricky getting our bags down the steps and we did not have that large of bags, but I'm guessing help would have been provided if we asked. I also had some trouble connecting to the wifi despite a QR code and password being provided, there were still issues.

Excellent, Comfortable Hotel in Bruges

The rooms were huge for a European hotel. The staff was friendly. The bar was great (lovely cocktails). The hotel is very central. In advance they provided information about where to park. They also provided a guide to the City that was actually good (good ideas for restaurants, chocolate shops, Belgian ale bars, etc.).

Best ever experience. Come and stay to really enjoy your vacation

Service, location, helpful staff, empathic staff and great facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Although small and lacking some amenities of larger hotels, the attitude and friendliness of the staff more than compensate. I recommend this hotel to everyone wishing to have a great experience while visiting Bruges. I travel quite a lot, this hotel rates amongst the best in my experience.

Perfect new (2025) hotel for couples / individuals looking for a city break

Hotel new in early 2025, so everything worked great. Extremely comfortable room, nicely decorated, and free from noise. Local chocolates and toiletries in the room. Being able to cast from phone/laptop onto the TV was great for a lazy night in. Staff we absolutely fantastic, couldn't have been more welcoming, kind and helpful. We shall definitely be going back.

Nice little hotel in old town Brugge

The hotel is brand new with a lot of attention to detail. It is a lovely old building renovated in a very good location…

The premium rooms we booked were too small and were on the ground floor with passer by tourists staring inside in the morning! We paid extra for discomfort! Also there was no luggage rack in the rooms which was strange? The hotel restaurant they try to sell you is overpriced and not so good.

Beautiful new hotel with sumptuous comfortable furnishings which made it feel special

The decor was extremely attractive with a lovely central staircase and lanterns lit with candles everywhere, giving the place a calm ambience. Beds were large and comfortable. Fantastic powerful shower. There was great coffee in the room and a kettle to make tea which is unusual in Belgium and appreciated, although the cups were a bit tiny for tea. Beautiful though! Downstairs the bar and restaurant had plush sofas and lots of cushions with an outside seating area in the courtyard. The bar serves cocktails and tapas in front of a fake fire. It almost looks like a hologram! We wanted to spend more time there but had booked a restaurant.

Some milk sachets or pods in the fridge so we didn’t have to go down for milk but really that was a very minor inconvenience.

Lovely boutique hotel.

Newly refurbished hotel with lovely decor which was immaculately clean & tidy. Our bed was sooo comfy and soft. Bathroom was immaculate with large walk in shower. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Their Bar Bulles speakeasy was attached to the hotel and had a cosy warm atmosphere, lovely staff, and nice cocktails. Hotel located close to the old town, just a 5 minute walk, and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Our room backed onto the outside bar area so when relaxing with the window open there was a bit of noise of people chatting and laughing. This was fine though, added to the holiday vibe.

Nice, clean, great location

Great location right in the heart of Brugge, helpful staff and the beds were so comfy!

It is not the hotels fault because it is a very old building and cannot be helped, but when walking to/from your room the floors are extremely creaky and you can hear other people getting in late at night due to this. Breakfast was a fair price but not to my taste, I prefer hot breakfast and there was no hot option

Excellent location and great value for money

This hotel was in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station where we arrived, and you could get to all the main sights of Bruges very quickly! It was excellent value for money, our room was a very good size with a nice bathroom, and it was all extremely clean. The staff were very friendly

The beds were a bit too soft, we didn't find them that comfortable. The floors are quite creaky and loud! You could always hear people if they were in the hall outside but it wasn't loud enough to wake us up during the night

We would recommend this hotel because of its location and cleanliness.

The location is excellent. All attractions are within walking distance. It is quiet at night. The hotel room has a nice shower and toilet and they provide a daily room service.

The hotel is located in an old building and thus does not have an elevator. Be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. We did not opt for the breakfast because it appeared to be costly.

Our stay in Brugge

Great location - you're 2 steps away from the main attractions; Big room, big bed, nice view, goodies. The staff.

Well, it was quite noisy, overall, but compared to other locations we stayed in, I can't say it was big difference :). We had some 💡 problems in our first night, and the entire floor had no 🔌 for almost an hour. The emergency number didn't work (it was in flemish), the reception was closed and the issue was solved ONLY because we had a couple who speak the language; and they manage somehow to discuss with the manager.

Charming clean space with incredible views

Was provided a very large room in the loft of the building, with fantastic views. Modern furnishings, decor and bathroom. Kettle with complimentary teas and coffees were much appreciated. Location is ideal with a short 9 minute walk to the train station, and 5 minutes into the historic center.

Bathroom was quite small given the size of space. A few hanging hooks for jackets would have been nice to have. The lobby and sitting area/breakfast bar were great spaces, however access is limited to only the mornings and afternoons. This also extends to reception hours. If you require anything beyond 6-7 pm, you're on your own!
