Very comfortable bed, friendly service. Good location for walking into the old city centre but hard to find, being two floors above the station car park and not visible from ground level.

room in a good condition bathroom is separated from shower that is something not convenient For a smaller room, this arrangement is unavoidable. A buffet breakfast is available with EUR. Basic breakfast but filluo your energy. No air dryer and luggage bench. Breakfast is basic with a EIR 12 ok

Checked in early. Room wasn't available. We were allowed to store bags at the hotel so that we can explore Bruges. Hotel in good location. Everywhere within walking distance. The train station is next door aswell as a large public car park.

We had 14 rooms ,and on arrival Iiona and her colleague had all keys and rooms ready for us - They were very helpful over the whole stay. Room and breakfast great value for money. Walking distance to main attractions. We are going back in April

Perfect stay, is cheap and minimal but you expect that, but it's perfect for what you need, you don't go away to spend ages in your hotel, you should only sleep there so as long as it ticks the boxes 👌 Loved it, is 2mins walk to train station & bus stops, is 10mins walk to town, room was adequate for us, strange peeing in the cupboard, that bit made us laugh 😂

We stayed in a triple room. The shower is inside of the bedroom as is the sink. With a separate toilet ensuite. Fans were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent just a short walk from the station.

Pros: my room was very comfortable and efficient. I liked that it was streamlined and a place for everything you need. I appreciated having the AC, a TV, comfortable bed, paid buffet breakfast if you wish, friendly and helpful staff and great service. Cons: it was hard to find the hotel when the Uber driver drove me to the back service entrance. When I was told to go to the front, the signs were not clear, and she didn't tell me to go up to the 2nd floor.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal for travel on the railway and only a short walk to the centre of Bruges. We had a room overlooking the railway station and couldn't hear any noise. Very pleased.

It's not the type of hotel I'd stay in for a cozy stay in Brugge, but it sure is practical. I needed somewhere close to the station for one night and it was perfect for that. It's clean and comfortable enough, but also poorly soundproofed, bring earplugs if your sensitive. Overall, a very decent stay.

Worst hotel in all my stay in Belgium. Small, unkept, no AC and didn’t even have basic phone service. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating, tried to reach for a phone to call front desk and realized they didn’t even have a phone. Has to use my personal phone (long distance charges) to call them, only to be told they couldn’t do anything for me but could switch my room. Mind you this is 2-3am and my child was sleeping. Here’s the kicker, it was infested with mosquitoes!! I thought I had it bad, but boy was my daughter almost devoured by these things. I will not be going back.
