I honestly don't know where to begin. Before I even got to the property, the lovely hosts accommodated my request for a later check in even though it was after the check in window. Upon arrival, I was taken to my room where I was greeted by the best view I've ever seen from a room, and a form to pick out my free cooked breakfast for the next morning - they even had options for what time I would like to come down to eat! In the morning my lovely bowl of chia pudding was awaiting me at my table with the same number as my room number. It felt extremely homely and safe to say it was the most fuelled I felt on the whole path! Thanks so much both, would highly recommend.
Absolutely nothing, the only thing was the gigantic hill up to the house but obviously this can't really be helped!

The room with sea view is stunning! Spacious area. Alison with warm hospitality on us and serving great breakfast!! Near to Lynton Town Centre, Cliff Railway, walkable distance to valley of rocks
