Perfect place to stay whilst walking the South West Coast Path. The view from the room was incredible. The owners were very welcoming and the single room that I stayed in was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice and perfectly cooked poached eggs!

The location was excellent and we had a stunning view from our window. We were able to access wonderful walks every day from Sinai house. Alison and Victor were welcoming hosts. Breakfast menu was varied and the food was well cooked and well cooked. It was great to have fresh milk available for our room and very nice coffee bags. It was a special stay for us and we had a wonderful time.
This is not a complaint just an observation that the shower would benefit from an update . It was clean and functional but dated .

The breakfasts were beautifully presented and extremely good. Alison was very helpful with guidance about places to visit. A very comfortable sitting room was made available to guests, which has a wonderful view, so it didn't matter that the bedroom was small. The well-stocked bar, run on an honesty principle, the fresh milk available daily for tea/coffee in one's room, and the provision of books and games in the sitting room, made it all very comfortable.
It was extremely useful to have parking space for all the guests but actually getting into it in our quite large car was tricky, as space was tight and the road narrow.
