Unfortunately not HAPPY

DONT GO!!!!! Worst hospitality in Montenegro. Never recommend. Nowhere in the world you will face such an attitude. Overpriced for disappointment. Very disrespectful and rude owner. Everything you might need at the hotel must be begged, not asked. Towels are not changing regularly and when we asked about it the owner said "go to your room and check yourself", we had misunderstanding about the place accepting CASH ONLY and the owner threatened us with calling police! When we asked to call police he just do nothing. They decided to close the restaurant second day of our arrival and serve breakfast to the room, no even coffee for breakfast but Nescafe. Previous morning in the restaurant we asked for olive oil and they didn't have it providing response that owner must go to the grocery and get it. Very disappointing. This place should never be licenced to do touristic accommodation or hospitality. If you don't want to spoil your holiday, please choose another place . Or better get local police number ready in case,

Comfortable stay with a few drawbacks

The apartment is in a very good location and was exceptionally clean. Free parking is a big plus, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of towels provided for the outdoor umbrellas. The restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The interior of the apartment was modern and well-furnished, reflecting a high standard of comfort.

Only cash payments are accepted, which made arranging payment a bit inconvenient, especially since coordinating with the host proved somewhat difficult. Also, while the outdoor area is a nice feature, the umbrellas were quite basic and worn (branded with a popular beer logo), which felt out of place compared to the quality of the apartment itself. Finally, the overall value didn’t fully meet expectations—it felt slightly overpriced, especially as breakfast was not included despite what some other reviews may suggest. Be sure to double-check your reservation details.

Clean apartment walkable to Dobrata or a bus trip to Kotor. Private jetty included with lovely views.

Perfect location right on the waterfront in Dobrata. Views over the bay. 10 mins on bus to Kotor Old Town - bus stop about 10 mins walk away - buses run hourly and are incredibly full - we got off slightly before Old Town as the bus was unbearable. Taxi back was £€20. Access to private jetty and free sun beds and parasols was great. Right above a restaurant - we didn’t use it but looked comparably priced to other local ones. Music was playing but not too loud and didn’t affect our stay at all. Lovely apartment. Small kitchen. Clean. Beds comfy / firm. Safe available. Towels and beach towels included. Helpful host. Air con kept the appt cool in very high temperatures.

Our fault for not reading small print but bill is payable in cash only on departure - just something to be aware of as we had to run to the nearest ATM to get more cash before we left. We were locked out on the balcony one evening as the patio door locked behind us. Luckily a neighbour was able to come and let us back in but again be careful of the door if booking! Appt was quite expensive compared to what we paid in other areas of Montenegro / Balkans but Kotor does seem to be an expensive area.

It was great!

Beautiful from outside the window and balcony. We saw big cruise ships coming in and going out. On walking distance from the old city center. Parking spots in front of the door.

Breakfast was not expensive but quite simple. My advise is to make it a bit more expensive and optional. We did not have a meal in the evening.

Spacious studio apartment with sea view in quiet neighbourhood with restaurants 45 min walk to Kotor

The studio apartment is spacious and has a kitchen and a great sea view from the big balcony. You can take a swim from the dock, there is a ladder. It's in a calm neighbourhood. Parking is for free and in front of the apartment. There are small shops around and several nice restaurants. From the apartment it's 45 minutes to walk to Kotor old town, on your way are plenty of restaurants and terraces. Both owners are wonderful people. They give information about the region and are very nice and helpful. They can book a boat tour and make sure you're going to be picked up on their dock. We want to get back some day soon because Kotor/Dobrota is a wonderful place with lot's of sightseeing options and possibilities to relax.

Great place

Very clean apartments with all you need if you want to cook on yor own. The owner are very friendly and helpful. There is a tiny super nice private beach in front of the house. The are is very vivid with enough bars and restaurants quite near.

There can be a bottle of water as a gift at least. Because visitors come from a way and it is not really hot there. Also the apartment does not accept card for payment. It must be clarified in booking.com. And the sea part of the in front of the house is not very clean.

Hello, this property is amazing and highly reccomended. Owners are very nice people and the room service was amazing, each day the room was cleaned, floors were washed and the overall property is new. The balcony is amazing with a panoramic view of Kotor bay. Downstairs is a restaurant with some good local food and sea access. I have stayed in many apartments in Kotor, but to this one I will return again and again.

Very nice owner, beautiful view from the balcony

The owner is a very lovely person, she came up to the main road to find me and took me down to her appartments. Parking is right under the building, next to the sea. Appartments are nice, clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen well equipped from what I have seen (I didnt really use it). There is a restaurant on the ground floor but it was closed, so I was offered a breakfast in my room (delicious omellet - I recommend it). View from the balcony is really nice, there is a nice restaurant just 100 meters away by the sea and also a small market is nearby. The concrete beach is right in front of the building, however Kotor is not really one of the best places for swimming and enjoying the beach in Montenegro.

The beach. You dont really get a lot of privacy on the balcony as they are divided among each other only with some textile. Luckily my neighbours were very polite and quiet people, so i didnt have an issue with it :-)

Апартаменты находятся в самом центре Доброты, на первой линии Каторского залива. С балкона открывается прекрасный вид на море и горы. Мебель в номере отличная, хозяин, очень отзывчивый, почти всегда на месте. Завтрак в ресторане на берегу.

Оплата только наличными. Не большое разнообразие завтраков.

Igazán igényes szállás

Igényes, szépen berendezett apartman, ami nagyon tiszta. A ház tulajdonosője nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Olyan a szállás, ahol egyből otthon érezhetjük magunkat.

Főszezonban voltunk, így rengeteg a turista és autóval közlekedni szinte lehetetlen. Természetesen erről nem a szállásadó tehet, úgy ahogy arról sem, hogy a határátkelőn órákat kellett várni a ki és beutazásnál.

Bardzo fajne apartamenty blisko Kotoru.

Bardzo sympatyczni własciciele, którzy przykładają bardzo dużą uwagę do komfortu gości. Dopytują czy wszystko nam odpowiada i proponują praktycznie codzienne sprzątanie w apartamencie. Lokalizacja apartamentu w Dobrocie to strzał w dziesiątkę. Blisko Kotoru, ale z dala od tłumów. Nad morzem leżaki i parasole do dyspozycji gości. Tygodniowy pobyt - odpoczęliśmy jak nigdy!!!

Tutaj na prawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić...

Cudne miejce do pływania

Niesamowity widok na Zatokę Kotorską, cisza, spokój, wystarczy przejść przez mała uliczkę i wskoczyć do wody, prywatny podest i leżaki. Pływanie przed zachodem słońca cudne! Apartament przestronny, bardzo funkcjonalnie i ergonomicznie urządzony z małą kuchnią i balkonem wspaniałym widokiem. Sympatyczna spokojna muzyczka restauracji na dworze. Jakieś 3 km do starówki Kotoru.

Nie można płacić kartą, trzeba było się prosić o sprzątanie.

Prelepo iskustvo

Najlepše mesto na Crnogorskom primorju. Apartmani koji su potpuno opremljeni nalaze se dva koraka od mora koje je toplo i čisto. Ležaljke i suncobrani besplatno na raspolaganju gostiju. Besplatni parking ispred kuće uvek dostupan. Svi zaposleni ekstremno ljubazni i susretljivi. Osećate se sigurno i opušteno. Doručak je uračunat u cenu boravka i vrlo je ukusan. Restoran prelep sa fantastičnom kuhinjom i jako pristupačnim cenama. Celo mesto je u zelenilu i cveću! Sasvim iskreno mogu reći da se ceo dojam boravka ovde ništa ne razlikuje od boravka u apartmanima nekog hotela od 5 zvezdica. Vidi se da su vlasnici apartmana Svetski ljudi i da su uložili mnogo truda i ljubavi da bi gosti bili zadovoljni! Svaka čast!

Vraiment super

- la gentillesse de l équipe et notamment du propriétaire, encore merci ! - la localisation : vue mer avec un ponton privé. La vieille ville de kotor est accessible en 40min à pied par un chemin en bord de mer très agréable. Si vous avez des vélos c'est encore plus rapide. Arrêt de bus blueline à 10min à pied (kamp station) - le logement : très bien équipé et grand avec plein de petites attentions (serviettes de plage, petit chariot pour poser ses affaires de toilettes, étendoir sur la terrasse...).

Petit déjeuner peut être un peu juste pour les gros mangeurs
