Staff in the face of these shortcoming you would promote nice well, but didn't help much for these problems. It was nightmare, but breakfast was great. Only one positive thing

I advise you to stay away from this hotel. The facility is squalid. Among other things offered was free Wi-fi ( throughout the hotel ) and air conditioning. Air conditioning did not work and it was steamy and not possible to sleep, Wi-fi was unavailable. Waste of money for this crap

The man at reception was very welcoming and explained everything well and the hotel was very clean and very quiet at night. We slept very well. The single beds were very comfortable.

Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Room was clean. For the price we paid, it was quite good value for money especially since it comes with aircon!

Not a lot but a suggestion for the management to consider. Might want to set aside an allocated space for securing the bicycles since it is along the ViaRhône.

Basic hotel to spend the night

The rooms are slightly bigger than other basic hotel in comparison. Our room had a couch. The staff in the desk was very nice.

Parking is limited and reduced, so If the hotel is booked it will be difficult to park.

Juste pour une nuit

L’accueil était bien Isabelle est gentille souriante . serviable à proposer de monter ma valise . le lit confortable . Le petit déjeuner était bon mais ne vaux pas les 10€ par personnes

l’isolation des murs nous entendions tous ce qu’il ce passait dans les chambres qui nous entourait ouverture fermeture des portes , parois de douche qui s’ouvre ou ferme l’eau qui coule les gens qui parle et tv forte à partir de 22 h20 jusqu’à 2 h du matin . la douchette qui fonctionnais pas donc pas pu utiliser la douche ni passer 15 minute à tirer la languette etc rien , le bouchon évacuation j’ai dû l’enlever avec mes ongles car ce soulevais pas , les prises desmurs défaite , froid , et l’entretien ménage pas top poil sur la cuvette , saleté dans angles toilette d’araignée sur tringle etc . Tache sur oreiller

Goed genoeg als je op zoek bent naar een behoorlijk bed en een goede douche/bad

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Lekker warm water met goed wat druk op de leiding Je krijgt het goed warm in de kamer (warmtepomp) Ruime keuze van ontbijt (voor de prijs dat je moet betalen) Ruime parking achteraan

De hele infrastructuur was wat gedateerd. Het was koud in de ontbijtruimte (het was wel nog maar 7:00 en het was buiten net onder het vriespunt)

Mal isolé entre les chambres en plus nous sommes tombés sur des voisins très bruyants musique en pleine nuit obligé de faire intervenir cette gentille dame pour qu il arrête L’eau de la douche pas très chaude

Eigenlijk niet veel, toen we binnen waren rookt het heel erg muf en in de kamer ook.

Eigenlijk was het een vieze bende. Werd steeds wakker van de geur. Alles was gedateerd! Moet echt wat op geknapt worden.

Hôtel indigne d'en être un.

1) le petit déjeuner 2) le lit

1) Quand je rentre dans la chambre, il règne une mauvaise odeur. 2)On m'as donné un numéro de téléphone en cas de besoin, j'ai voulu téléphoner 3 fois et personne ne répond. 3) Le téléphone est crasseux et colle à la main quand on le prend. 4) Traces de cigarettes brûlées sur les tables de nuit. 5) Le support du papier WC dans la toilette est vieux et ne tient qu'à 1 vis, le rouleau de papier WC tombe par terre au moment où on veut l'utiliser. PS: Je suis passé 1 fois dans cet hôtel, pas de 2 ieme fois.

Malgré un très bon accueil, avis mitigé...

Le personnel était très accueillant, il a été de bon conseil pour trouver un restaurant pas très loin. La chambre était propre et avait une bonne taille, la salle de bain aussi. Le petit déjeuner était également assez varié.

Malgré un chauffage qui fonctionnait la chambre était plutôt froide et la salle de bain était glaciale. Il n'y avait pas de chauffage et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. La paroie de la baignoire n'avait pas de joint, on ne pouvait pas éviter l'inondation.

Een armoedig hotel op een gunstige plek met afgesloten parkeergelegenheid. Totale renovatie is nodig

Parkeerplaats was afgesloten dat was prettig. Het ligt gunstig met restaurants, bakker en slager om de hoek. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en wil je graag welkom heten. Heerlijk gegegeten aan de overkant bij het Indisch restaurant New Delhi.

Het hotel is zeer armoedig. Ooit een mooi hotel geweest op een levendige locatie. Kamer en badkamer zeer armoedig en achterstallig onderhoud. Op de site staat aangegeven dat er ontbijt genuttigd kan worden. Dit is niet aan de orde. Er werd wel koffie aangeboden.

Bourg-les-Valence una piacevole sosta

L'Hotel Austria è un vecchio Hotel che è stato ristrutturato anche se in modo frettoloso e senza troppo badare a fronzoli e rifiniture. E' comunque un buon Hotel. L'addetto alla reception si è dimostrato molto efficiente ed anche molto accogliente. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che soddisfacente. La valutazione ottima vuole essere di incoraggiamento per tutti coloro che vi lavorano e che con noi, si sono comportati davvero cordialmente. La struttura dispone di parcheggio privato gratuito, con un occhio di riguardo per noi motociclisti.

Déçue, photos trompeuses

Personnel agréable et literie OK

Assez déçue car les photos font croire à un bel hôtel alors qu'il est vieux et peu entretenu. Côté salle de bain porte de douche cassée, flacon de savon à disposition vide, radiateur tout rouillé ... Côté chambre armoire très vieille avec un cintre sur 2 cassé, prise détachée du mur, ... Dommage

Sehr alt und abgewohnt. Steckdosen fallen bei Gebrauch aus der Wand, keine Abdeckung am Lichtschalter, schwarze Fugen/ Ecken in der Dusche. Keine Abflussabdeckung im Waschbecken, Seifenspender unbrauchbar. War sehr enttäuscht.

Ne pas se fier au titre “hôtel 3 étoiles” mais reste acceptable pour se reposer quelques heures

Bon emplacement, parking gratuit et bien insonorisé de la route

Le ménage est à revoir, beaucoup de poussière, humidité dans la salle de bain, poils et cheveux au sol, la wifi est mauvaise et le réceptionniste est plus préoccupé par son téléphone que par la clientèle.

Voor op doorreis een aardig hotel om te slapen

Vriendelijk personeel, rustige kamer, aan de straatkant, airco werkte goed, over het algemeen voor het geld en een goed hotel als je niet luxe zoekt. Parkeerplaats met afgesloten hek.

In de douche was de douchekop houder kapot. Dit zie ik te vaak in hotels. Sommige plekken in de badkamer kon het schoonmaken wel beter.
