Good location. Would stay here again next time in Valence.
Location to centre and train station. Pleasant foyer and breakfast room. Good room, comfortable bed.
Breakfast at €20 was a little expensive although is a buffet.

Overall excellent, with one significant niggle
Very well renovated / modernised property. Spacious and well-appointed brand new room overlooking car park. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, a few minutes walk from city centre attractions, shops, and restaurants.
No glasses or mugs in the rooms - just paper cups. One real coffee capsule (and one decaffeinated) for two people. Ditto for tea - one infusion, one detox, no real tea.

Location, staff, room, parking. We did not have breakfast.
The common area, ie the lift needed cleaning. I think there was some building works happening so that may be there reason, but they should clean the dust and dirt on leaving.

Perfectly adequate and best of what seemed available.
Central location to shopping and old town. Comfortable bed. Seemed better than any of the alternatives from the research I did.
Slightly grungy exterior takes the polish off the four-star facility. Odor in central corridors.
