They served fresh orange juice at breakfast!!! Good breakfast food. Friendly staff. Location next to train station is convenient; garage by train station also very convenient and cheap (~5 Euros per day!).

Super hotel, very good sound insulation. Very helpful staff. Compliments for Clémence who very patiently explained an app with which we could hire e-bikes in the square in front of the hotel. This saved the day because I cannot walk very far and the local bike shop had no more bikes to rent out. Valence is a lovely small town. We recommend strongly!

The Hotel is fairly old could do with a refurbishment. The rooms are small and all the walls are panels.

clean and comfortable room, parking right in front of the hotel. Double windows ensure it’s super silent in the room even though you’re looking out on the train station. Correct value for money

Amazing place with wonderful rooms

lovely owner making you feel at home immediately. the rooms are very nicely equipped and it is very quiet - which allows for a good night rest. Once rested a wonderful and rich breakfast awaits you with a very nice cheese selection, bread, honey, eggs and a lot more. I was staying there the third time and would go back anytime

A charming, stylish, modern hotel with delightful staff and serving a very good breakfast. Room was extremely comfortable with a very good shower. Located right opposite the rail station but with the soundproof windows you wouldn’t know it.

perfect hotel for a shot stay with great staff

lovely hotel in the centre of town with staff who were very helpful. rooms were immaculate and very tastefully decorated

only slight issue is that we couldn’t not drop off our bags outside the hotel and with a 4month old travelling was slightly annoying.

Exceptional

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous - the decor throughout is stunning. The room was also amazing, and the bed really comfortable. The reception staff also assisted us with unloading our car - we had some extra luggage which they kindly stored for us so that it did not clutter our room.

We arrived in a car and it was quite challenging to stop to unload luggage. The hotel has private parking available but is about 300m walk if you have large or heavy luggage.
