a good place for a nights break.!

We reached quite late and were worried when the door was locked and no-one was there at desk.The hotel reception had left a detailed email (which i did not notice until then) on how to access the parking garage and then the key at the desk and how to get into the services which was needed. Thankfully i was able to get in the parking, access hotel and get to the room with a bit of reading the email.

the parking (which is available for the hotel , and is okay /good to use) is a bit ( a few meters away ) from the main building (which is also not a problem), it has no direct access from the parking to the hotel. This makes a bit of challenge to first park and then bring you rluggeage direct via the parking door ( there is no lift / stairs ).

Water pressure is quite low (acknowledged issue that they are working on), and there was no hair dryer available. Check-in times are quite restrictive, and there is no 24/7 reception.

Where Comfort Went to Die Imagine a hotel conceived not by hoteliers but by cost accountants—somewhere in a fluorescent-lit boardroom in Paris, Moscow, or New York—debating how to strip hospitality down to its cheapest possible form. Remove staff entirely—problem solved, payroll gone. Shrink the rooms until you can touch both walls without moving your feet. Install the smallest bed still legal to call a double. Replace air conditioning with a desk fan loud enough to wake you every twenty minutes. And, of course, banish drinking water altogether—no bottles in the room, no dispenser in the hall, not even a vending machine in reception. After all, comfort costs money. That’s exactly where I stayed last night: Hevea Appart hotel a monument to false advertising and corporate austerity. The photos online promised minimalist chic; what I found was minimalist misery. The wide-angle lens had done heroic work—turning broom cupboards into “suites.” If you value sleep, space, or the basic human need for water, stay anywhere else.

Great price quality and comfortable

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. The breakfast was not expensive and delivered to your room at the time you wish.

The wifi was not strong at all in the room. It was also very noisy outside (I was on the first floor on the street side), so if the hotel would accept requests, I would request a room away from the street.

The property was nice and provided parking as well. The location is central in the city but the area is not nice at all. The room was fine and we had a good sleep.

The area around the hotel looks old and dirty and we felt unsafe. Nothing happened to us, it was just the feeling we got.

Overall good. The facilities were basic and the room could have been cleaner. Although the sheets and towels where clean. The shower worked well and had sufficient power. The location is close to the city center, just a short walk. The area was quite at night and seemed safe when i stayed there. I stayed just for one night and had no major issues. There is parking available in a secure underground location beside the hotel and the price is quite good - €7 per night. I didn't have breakfast as i had an early check out, but i believe it is available with room service only from 7am.

check in is restricted to 7am to 12noon and 5pm to 21:00. If you arrive between these times, the property gives you instructions and the key card is in a safe box - all this worked well and i had no issues getting into my room , but i was given the wrong code for the parking , so could not enter , i had to find alternative parking 350 m away and pay extra for this. The lady at reception apologized for the inconvenience. As already mentioned the room was not especially clean and the appliances were old. The fridge in the room did not work.

Bed was to soft and to small. It was to warm in the room. There was no emergency contact possible before 8:00 AM, we left early but after a while we realized we left our medicines in the fridge, we could not reach anyone. After we drove back there was still no one at the reception and we could not enter the building. Only because another guest opened the door and the room key was still on the reception desk, we were able to enter the room and got our medicines.
