The location is excellent & the room was big.
The staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming, we ended up not eating in the bar/restaurant because when we asked about ordering food we were told to wait and then the member of staff just ignored us for the next 15 minutes while on FaceTime. We got takeaway pizza in the town instead. The carpets in the room were stained and there was damp on the lower wall from the bathroom.

Very noisy at night, people constantly leaving from 3am with doors banging and suitcases being dragged on the noisy pavement.
