Good for a one-night stay.

Perfectly adequate for a one-night stay before catching a ferry in the morning. Thank you to the helpful receptionist who was able to move me to a room further away from the staircase.

Good hotel , in good location right on ferry port to the UK, nice and clean , newly renovated

The property was newly renovated and it was nice and clean , had microwave and refrigerator as well modern TV .

Very small room with no chair. Shower curtain needs attention to prevent water seeping out of shower area. Would have been much better if staying when present alterations and redecorating were completed!

Basic room for a fair price

The hotel has a convenient location, only half an hour from Le Shuttle and there is a grocery store and petrol station opposite. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is perfect for a stopover on the way.

The room is so tiny that the door bumps into the bed. The bathroom is also tiny, it is not for big people. There is a smart TV in the room, but it is not connected to the Internet, so there are only the basic French channels on it. There are several lights in the room, but they all have one switch, so you cannot have a small reading light on, which was quite weird. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Never again: I didn’t get the booked room.

The hotel is very close to the harbour, only 5 minutes driving away

I was travelling alone. Anyway I booked a double bed room for me as I can’t sleep properly in small beds. How ever the hotel thought as a single traveler I don’t need a double bed room for myself and gave me a single bed room. Although that is the same price it isn’t OK! I booked the double bed room for a reason. I complained at the reception, but I was told that no double bed rooms are available. It’s fully booked. The receptionist said that my complaint will be forwarded to the director and wrote it on the list. So I had no choice than keeping that room. But furthermore the mattress of the bed was soft as hell. A replacement of it is over due. Result: I had a night with hardly any sleep. And the next day I had 6 hours driving ahead which I had to do completely over tired. Thanks. And up to today (10 days after) no one came back to me with a response to my complaint. I’ll never ever book this hotel again.

nothing was disgusting

receptionist very rude bad mannered not helpful paid for breakfast which was not allowed due to overcrowded, very dirty Pube hair in shower all up the wall and the stench of urine. room was not big enough for one person but squashed 2 in. avoid and stay clear

It Is What It Is

We chose this hotel for the location, as its really only a 10min drive to the ferry terminal. The room met our needs as we were only looking for a bed for the night, in saying that the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was slightly bigger than we thought but it was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom is pretty small as is the shower, the shower though was hot and great pressure so that's a plus from me!

The parking spots are very narrow and you have to be there early-ish to grab a spot if you want one next to the hotel! The smoking bins are right at the front door so the smell on stale smoke is pretty bad at the entrance...

Shocking.

Leaving.

There were lots of males hanging around outside the hotel when we arrived drinking and being very loud until the early hours. The room was clean but very old and needs updating. The bunk bed was of poor condition with loose ladder and dirty fixtures on the ladder. The shower unit leaked into the bedroom which caused damage to some luggage we had on the floor. Towels were poor and was only given two although three people were booked in to stay. Little lighting worked in the hotel corridors leaving them dark, uninviting and lacking security. Lastly we were woken up in the early hours by people outside the front of the hotel again before we departed on a long drive.
