Norfolk Towers Paddington

I booked a single room. the room was compact but exceptionally bell designed and immaculately clean. it had a desk with a selection of plug sockets, a good television and a fridge. the shower room was well stocked with toiletries. the buffet break fast was generous and served in a light dining room. the location is good with a bus stop nearby and - close to Paddington Station, St Mary's Hospital and aa short walk through interesting streets to Hyde Park corner.

I have nothing negative to say.

Very good location, the service was excellent, room was cleaned perfectly daily. Staff were nice and attentive. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. walking distance to the Hyde Park and Exford Street.

The suite room is located in the lower ground level, which was ok, but our unit was located just below the restaurant which gets a bit noisy in the morning. the standard room in the first floor was too small, but I think this is typical for London hotels.

Everything was first rate and up to date. The hotel is air conditioned and modern. I only stayed one night but I slept wonderfully and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to London. Close to Paddington but quietly tucked away on a side street. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

The towels were great and plentiful. I loved that there was a tv in the shower which did not work but had a red standby light (like a red recording light on a laptop) on the entire time. There was no way to connect hdmi to the tv and it was not a smart tv. Yep, dated.

The room was a bit dated and the carpet filthy. It was great to have a breakfast spread however I am not sure how you can make scrambled eggs so tasteless and the bacon so dry and salty. The sausage were awful/ inedible. The rest ok.
