Really nice place to relax in luxury - but for a high price. Overall, 8/10, I would love to stay here again.

Modern design, breakfast was good, dinner was OK but not more. Great value with the provided Chiemgau card.

To hotel would be good if just a couple of smaller things were fixed: 1. The sauna was small but quite OK, however they had only five chairs which is obviously not enough for a hotel of this size. There were 10-15 people using the sauna and there was just not room for everyone to sit or lie down so people were standing around in the hallways. Also one of the steam rooms were closed. Just put some more chairs in there?! 2. You pay 5€ a day for parking which seems like just a money grab given the location. The same goes for 5€ for "renting" a bathrobe as well as 5€ for a towel for the sauna, this is a hotel, come on. I would rather just pay 10€ more for the stay and have it included. 3. We paid extra for a comfort room, which was spacious however there was not a single picture on the walls, and half the room was basically empty. It seems like they just put the same furniture that's in the smaller rooms in the bigger rooms. Another chair or so would have made sense. Also because of the larger room the TV was way too small since it was quite far away. 4. The restaurant was very dark, at many of the tables you basically had to eat in darkness as there was no lamp at your table. 5. Lastly it also it seemed like the hotel was recently renovated but not properly finished, there were open holes in the floors and ceilings in the hallways.

Totally recommended!

I like the overall ambiance of the place! It was a mix of modern and traditional. The room was bigger than we expected, very cozy upon entering it, we really had some comfortable nights. The staff were also so friendly, so hospitable! Everyone were so attentive and knows you need something before you even ask! It was also my husbands birthday and they went an extra mile on the greeting request that I asked to be on the room, he received instead a glass of champagne and a fruit fondue platter upon checking in on their beautiful lounge! Their receptionist team Danika (if I remember it right) & Florin, plus the super friendly bartender were just superb! You can tell they really love what they do, amazing people! If not because of work, we could've extended our stay for one more day.

We find the bathroom size practical. But if we will compare it to the size of the room plus the balcony, we hoped it could've been bigger.

Great location in a cute town. Nice rooms with enough room to get together for board games. Breakfast was incredible, as was one staffer who brought us coffee when we had to wait for a table. He was the shining star of that visit and made us feel welcome.

Old mattresses need replacing. I was sore after night one of three. Breakfast is by reservation and it’s uncomfortable if you don’t have one, since the wait staff has to go find a table that doesn’t have a placard on it already, while everyone else stares at you. Uncomfortable. Doesn’t help when the manager (?) on duty yells at the guy our first morning, “THEY DONT HAVE A RESERVATION!” Very uncomfortable. So just get the breakfast.

Sehr bequeme Betten (so gut habe ich noch nie im Hotel geschlafen). Mega Frühstücksbuffet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super freundliches Personal.

Die Aufteilung im Badezimmer - vor allem der Standort der Toilette - war ungünstig. Zum Essen gab es Ketchup, Senf, Mayonnaise in Einweg-Plastiktütchen - könnte man umweltverträglicher machen.

Joli hôtel qui doit s’améliorer

Le personnel parle mal l’allemand. Et ne comprend pas les questions. Petit déjeuner décevant : salade de fruits décongelée, jus de fruits chimiques.. Une bouteille d’eau offerte un jour, le lendemain il faut la payer ! Bruit cliquetis toute la nuit ! Le chauffage très bruyant apparemment.

Ein gut organisiertes, relativ großes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück - ideal für Kurzaufenthalt

Für unsere Zwecke (Zwischenstopp mit zwei Übernachtungen zur Erkundung der Gegend) war die Lage des Hotels mit den Privatparkplätzen sehr gut. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl es ein sehr großes Hotel war und von vielen Gästen offenbar für nur eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt wurde, kam es an Rezeption und beim Frühstück (Buffet) nicht zu Engpässen. Es wurden auch genügend Parkplätze vor, neben und hinter den drei Gebäuden vorgehalten, dass man einen Parkplatz finden konnte. Obwohl viele Gäste ihre Hunde mitgebracht hatten, gab es dadurch keine unangenehmen Situationen oder Belästigungen.

Ein Vergrößerungs-/Kosmetikspiegel im Bad wäre angenehm gewesen. Da die Bar nicht immer besetzt war, musste man für Getränke (Kaffee, Wasser etc) den Umweg übers Restaurant nehmen. Bei so häufigem Zimmerwechsel wären eine befüllte Minibar und/oder ein Getränkeautomat sicher keine Fehlinvestition.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es hatte alles was man brauchte.

Man musste für das parking 5 Euro pro Tag bezahlen, jedoch kann man neben an beim grossen Parkplatz gratis telefonieren, welcher nur 1 Minute weiter entfernt ist zu fuss.
