The hotel was clean & comfortable

We never saw a member of staff all the time we were there - poor. Whilst the room was fine the corridors & communal spaces were dated, dark and looked a bit "unloved" The hotel could do with sorting out it's welcome & a general makeover

The location was lovely. A very cute resort town.

Smoking outside our window, elevator out of service without any signs or notice and unfortunately located close to a helicopter pad causing lots of early morning loud noise from 8-10ish. We paid for an additional bed for the 3 of us and it was unusable. So hard, it didn't provide a good night's sleep. Wifi isn't a thing there - not good for call, streaming nor social media.

Our stay was amazing. Very special thanks to Dmytro, he waited for us at 12am when we arrived and was SUPER amazing and accommodating. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Great location to get around Austria and Germany! Thank you Dmytro!

When we flush the toilet - the dirty water went to the bathtub! We could not use the shower because it was a part of the bathtub. The bathtub was full of toiletwater……

Hoped for one of those cozy, family run bavarian hotels. This was a miss.

Place empty, nobody at reception, entry unlit, they wanted cash only as payment, poor breakfast. The place obviously has a deal with hosting Ukrainian refugees, which were the only other guests.
