Very welcoming and beautiful location

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. One day we were the only ones at breakfast and the lady made us scrambled eggs and put a huge spread of cheese, salami , veggies and fruit on the table. Also yoghurts and different types of marmalade. The rooms have all been renovated and are great. The Hotel sits right at the entrance of a nice walking trail and cross country ski track if you’re looking for that type of thing. We’ll definitely be back Great value for money

A Blue Print for hotels big and small !

If there was ever a blue print on how to run an hotel … This should absolutely be it !! Rustic yet modern , welcoming and friendly but not overwhelming. This is a beautiful building in a beautiful setting with staff & management that complements the hotel perfectly . Food was wholesome, filling and tasty I have absolutely no complaints except one ! Why aren’t more hotels like this !!!!

Great stay very close to Inzell on the Alpenstrasse in the Bavarian Alps. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Well maintained 1666 lodging with great food and beautiful view, lack modern equip for comfort.

> The lodging history and condition looked well maintained! The view is beautiful mix of countryside and mountains, serene and gorgeous in the summer for a morning/evening stroll. > Parking is free and available at lodging, has a little play area with a swing set meters away from the restaurant for kids. > restaurant on site served local dishes which provided my guests a full foreign experience. > the rooms layout are small but adequate with balcony space. Love the balcony connection between rooms when fitting family in more than 1 room, enabled family to enjoy a nightcap together before parting in the rooms for privacy.

I think our dinner waiter at the restaurant either miscommunicated our orders or just failed to listen to HEAR the orders cause two of our dishes were annoyingly simple mistakes in a pattern that seemingly showed rushed services only to fail and produce substandard results. He just became more annoying at the end. Other critical areas: > NO AC unit, not even a fan (hot room during summer) > BREAKFAST OVERPRICED AND LACKED VARIETY: breakfast is 0730-1000 and 10€ per person-overpriced given very limited selections, and hardly replenished when empty. Your best chance is reserving the first breakfast hour when food is abundant. > NO elevator: rooms selection were more dictated rather than per request given the elder guests we had which ended our group on the 3rd floor without an elevator service to assist. Stairs are a bit steep and great effort for the elders. > Walls are not soundproof. You can hear your left and right neighbors’ phone calls and conversations. > NO fridge for when you want to keep some cool beverages while in a warm room.

The hotel section of this Landgasthof needs urgently a proper make up, it's pretty old style. The floor of our room had a moquette. This was NOT disclosed when we booked with booking.com, we were not informed at the check-in and we were not offered an alternative. This is unacceptable. However the room and the bathroom were spotty clean and the bed comfy The restaurant was a typical Bavarian one but unfortunately was run by a hopeless and unfriendly guy. The ladies at the reception were fine The breakfast was fine, but the "sweet" side was not existent, not a single croissant or anything else

Even though the property didn't have a lift to the next floor they afford to take bags up stairs.

Cozy, clean, charming

Very attentive and accommodating staff. The location is nice if you have a car. Not sure how far of a walk to town it is but the beer garden was lovely. We did not eat in the restaurant but ate breakfast in the morning, which was a nice continental style breakfast. The rooms are clean and cozy.

Nice location, restaurant was convenient and had local food, some of the waiters were a little gruff for no reason.

Gruff waiters, on Thursday night everything shuts car park was poorly lit. we almost parked in the exit of a 2nd carpark area. No A/C so some rooms are very warm in summer
