I enjoy it, I often go there for quick Paris stays.

I stay at this hotel quite often when I go France as it is located in the department I grew up in. I enjoy the short walk to the shopping centre and train station and metro 8 takes you right in the center of Paris in like 30mins. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean, cannot complain in those aspects.

I normally have zero issues when I go there, but this recent time I did have a bit of an issue with the shower doors being broken and the toilets not having a brush beside them so if you do a number two and accidentally leave skin marks you can’t clean it, and it’s something I want to clean by myself and not wait for a cleaner to clean after me.

HOTEL FROM HELL

NOTHING AT ALL

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I arrived, this place was a disaster. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like guests were an inconvenience rather than the reason the hotel exists. The lobby looked nothing like the pictures online—dark, dirty, and completely outdated. My room was even worse. The sheets clearly hadn’t been changed, the bathroom smelled like mildew, and there were stains on the carpet I don’t even want to guess at. The air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the hallway made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast? Don’t even bother. Stale bread, watery coffee, and a dining area that felt more like a neglected storage closet than a restaurant. The only thing consistent about this hotel was how consistently bad everything was. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration—stay literally anywhere else.

Lovely place with lovely staff.

I have started staying here every time I go France since it is near where I go grew up as a child. It’s very quiet, very clean, and the staff are nice. I’ve had a the good time, I could walk up to the cleaner and asked for things like toilet paper if I run out of any. The cleaners also knock on the door before entering which I find so polite compared to other experiences I’ve had in other places. I will definitely come back.

I just didn’t get to use the WiFi, it wasn’t working in my room but it was my fault for forgetting to ask the staff about it so I just used my normal data as I honestly didn’t care.

It is a good, clean small hotel with friendly staff. It has MacDonald behind so anyone hungry in the middle of the night

The bed is comfy, the bed sheet is clean, the pillows are fluffy enough. The bathroom is small but clean. The shower is even smaller but I like it because it is sturdy, the shower door is intact and no water drips on the floor. However, huge people maybe will not be comfortable in the shower :)

The carpet looks old and dirty, lucky I always bring my indoors sandals. The heater was set to 24 degrees Celcius. I had to turn it down to 19 because it is too hot for such a small room. At least we still can individually manage it.

It was clean, comfortable and conveinent to the train. We were able to go into the city of Paris without having to drive. Parking was free at the hotel which was one reason I stayed there.

I've reserved incl. breakfast but they took12 eur from.my acvount withot ANY question 4 the breakfast. Ive hung the "dont disturb' sighn, though they cleaned up. 3 stars but no mineral water in the room. Hot and noisy location.

Good budget hotel

We had a nice stay and low price too. Free parking is amazing if you are travelling with a car. Friendly staff and the room is clean. Near by Créteil Soleil mall (Shopping, food…), Can Easily reached the center of Paris by metro.

The shower is too small. One regular size person can hardly turn around inside. The hair dryer doesn't work very good. The room card only works for one day, we need to ask the staff to update it everyday.

The hotel was easy to reach and the room was comfortable.

We were not given a pass for the room. Every time we had to go in and out, we had to ask someone from reception to come and open the door of our room for us to get in. It felt uncomfortable and at some point, we were told to just leave the door open when we went out for dinner and not to worry, no one would come into our room!!
