Was acceptable but shower was in bedroom and toulet in the hot water heater room made it somewhat awkward when staying with family in both bedroom and living room.

Nice apartments for a decent price. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Metro station at a few minutes walking distance, so you can reach the center in 20-30 minutes. Only disadvantage was that it was around 30 degrees when we were there and the rooms got very hot

Dog was barking next to our apartment all night ,bathroom was dirty,Monday receptionist for 20 mins late I almost miss my flight ,However Vanessa was amazing and more friendly .

Excellent cost benefit very friendly staff. Easy access to Paris by metro line 8. Places such as a market and bakery very close to the hotel. Negative point for limiting the use of toilet paper, but maybe it's the profile of the place Recommend

Not clean.. u cant wash your hand on the toilet.. and its not 8 km away from paris. But 15 km to paris centrum and 20 km to eiffel tower. And the reception cant speak english.. No air condition to hot. And u cant open the window because to mutch noise.

Easy check in and there are rules to follow. Just make sure you take out your own trash and if you want new sheets or towels it’s 3 euros to wash and 3 euros to dry. As an English speaker I was nervous but the staff was kind and accommodating to our party (3 adults and 2 toddlers). We had a one bedroom and a studio and it had everything we needed for 8 days. Not too far from several markets and train stations and there’s a bus stop right in the front. Easy, clean and nice stay. A little expensive trying to Uber to Paris and Disney Paris based on location but I preferred that since we didn’t have to battle tourist crowds. Great stay!

no room service, that was an extra that had to be paid for. we got 1 free service over 12 nights must have been in the fine print that i'm still trying to find. some staff were a bit abrupt to talk to.

The bathroom looks old and not really clean. The rooms need to be refurbished and I find for one night that was expensive £110 compared to the standing. No night staff

If youre looking for a hotel thats comparable to the Ritz, forget it, but if youre looking for a cost-effective base with which to visit Paris its spot on. Its clean and tidy and there is everything there that you would want during your stay, but the main attraction for us was the fact that it was barely a 10 minute walk from the metro, which takes you to the centre of Paris in 30-35 minutes.The entrance to the underground car park is the right hand side of the front of the hotel available at six euros per day.Dont make the mistake of buying the tourist ticket on the Metro at 50 odd euros you can buy 10 single tickets from the same machine for €14.80.

staff were very polite, corteous and patient. They always did their best to answer queries despite the language barrier. the accomodation was good value for money. I would definately stay there again.

It was a good experience generally, we did have two major issues with the occasional mal funtioning of the hot water and the bathroom sink clogging. However they were rectified and we were compensated to free breakfast for 4 one morning. Personally I would recommend to management re upholstering the pull out sofa. Housekeeping was very good. Out of 10 I would give this place a 9 especially considering how much I paid which was very reasonable. I would like to mention that its very close to the metro which is a big plus.

The hotel was easy to find after getting off the metro; its just a 4 minutes walk. The staff are really friendly. The area is nice and quiet. If we come back, we are definitely staying here; its worth the money!

My was not so great as the picture for the room I paid for was different from the room I was given so disappointed. My room was not clear ,I even requested for a mope to clear my floor by myself ,yet nothing was done about it as they don't have mope.
