It was very good, can't really complain and the presence of kitckenette and appliances is a bonus!

I liked the presence of kitchenette and appliances. I have only stayed for one night but I thought that these will be very useful in case I will come back for longer periods. There are several grocery stores in the area.

The restaurant was closed which was a bit of a disappointment but perhaps this was because I came on a Sunday. Also, I know it is a bit too much but I always look for a gym and the hotel did not have one but that's on me really!

I really enjoyed my stay and will likely choose this place again in the future.

The breakfast at the hotel was tasty and offered a good variety of options. The location was also very convenient, with a metro station just nearby, making it easy to get around the city.

The rooms are pretty clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the metro station is closed to the hotel, and there is a bakery nearby.

For one whole day, there was no water in the apartment at all; There aren't enough furniture; The pricing policy of the hotel is fairly tricky. The lowest price shown in Booking (77 Euro) is just for the first day, which seems as a hook. Then, for the second and third day, it costs 90 euro and the next two days 97 euro. The longer you stay, the more expensive the price is. This is against the common rules, I'm afraid. In fact, I asked for adding one day before the first day for this reservation one month before the departure and I had to pay 112 euro for it! In a word, I've paid 558 euro for 6 nights there. It means that the average price is not 77 but 97.3 euro!

A good value for the price. Recomended.

Calm and quiet. No noise detected after 9PM. Kitchenette with enough equipment for small meals like electric stove, micro wave, kettle, freezer, coffee machine as well pans, pots and cutlery. You can leave your luggage kept after check out. Most of the staff spoke English.

Maybe due to most of the rooms have kitchenette, close to lunch and dinner time, there is a mixed food smell all over the building. Unfortunately, even with lots of forbidden signs, I am quite sure that lots of guests smoke inside the rooms. My room had a permanent cigar smoke smell. Maybe already embedded in furniture and walls.

Twin bed was used to make double bed i felt like i was going down in between two bed at midnight. Bath tub was too small Not as described during online booking( no terrace or balcony nothing)

Great property for its cost

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The 1-bedroom apartment was big enough for 4 people and it had all that's needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small kitchen area with a stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, dishes and basic kitchenware. The private bathroom was clean and there were enough towels for 4 people. The hotel breakfast (9 euro/pers) was basic but quite good, including pastry, cereals, ham and cheese. Definitely a good value for its price!

The property is located quite far from the tourist centre of Paris but is easily accessible by metro.

The kitchen was very clean and has all the necessary utilities. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the bed sheets.

I would have liked to have window mosquito screen like we have in Canada. But wherever I traveled in France I noticed that it is not accustomed. It did not bother me much.
