of course walls are a little thin but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Paris was beautiful but I can’t say the same thing for the hotel.

Price was nice.

It was away from city center. The hotel was smelling and there was a lot of noise from other rooms. there was not beverage and food facilities. Employees were rude.

Good price and private bathroom

We found cockroach every day of our stay and had to kill them. There is now sound isolation at all. There are yellow spills on the ceiling.

Pleasant

The neighborhood is nice, travel to Paris centre is easy and quick with RER. Heating was on, which was nice in the cool and rainy wearher.

There was a bad smell in the room, we had to keep the window open. Cleanliness of the furniture also needs improvement.

I didn’t expect a lot but I was still disappointed, will not be coming back to this hotel ever.

The location was not terrible, relatively easy to take the nearby train station to the city Center.

The room was very cramped, the bathroom window had been smashed with glass falling out and had no sign of being repaired or attempted to be repaired, the towels had a mysterious orange dirt tint on some parts, the hallway smelt very strongly of cigarettes and sometimes sewage, and the breakfast is overpriced for a mediocre small croissant and a tiny baguette. The breakfast also has no dairy or fruits or ham or cheese, purely butter, some crackers, some more bread, and orange juice or coffee.

It's a nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and they filled all our requests. It was a nice stay. Also it's not too far away from transport links so it was quite easy in Paris terms to get around the city from there. There are nice and cheap (on Paris standards) restaurants nearby.

You can see on the map that it's quite far out, so although the hotel is close to the metro and trains, it still takes 45min-1h to get anywhere. I don't know about the higher floors, but on the first floor where we had our room there were ants everywhere even on the corridor. The room was absolutely okay, but on the corridor there was a very bad smell. Probably somebody was smoking, likely our neighbors because it wasn't always that bad so maybe just we were unlucky.

Good value-for-money hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Only a five minute walk from an RER station with a short direct link to Gare du Nord & Gare de Lyon, and a fifteen minute walk from the metro. Helpful staff and nice bakeries nearby.

Basic facilities - but reasonable given the price. Room was a little scruffy and pillows are thin.

The staff is nice

There is no escalator access and room is located at third floor, is hard to get to the room with big luggage. The pillow couldn't sleep at all as it is spoiled and there isn't really a blanket provided. The location is not that ideal and room is not cleaned and always have the smoking smell. This couldn't call as Hotel and should be hostel.

Çalışanlar çok cana yakındı , odamız her gün temizlendi.

Merkeze çok uzak. Oda çok küçük kıyafet dolabı bile yok. Zaten oda o kadar küçükki dolap sığmazdı zaten. Kıyafetleri askıya astık.Odada kötü bir koku oluyor.

Bruyant, locataires irrespectueux.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, les murs étant très fin, nous avons eu des voisins de palier extrêmement bruyant, mettant la musique et criant jusqu’à pas d’heures. Aller retour dans le couloir incessant, c’est à se demander la fréquentation réel de cet hôtel ! Malgré cela, nous avions pourtant été très bien accueilli par l’hôtesse d’accueil. Dommage que la clientèle ne soit pas respectueuse des autres locataires.
