THE LOCATION WAS NEAR MY INTREST, THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE AREA FEELS REALLY SAFE. I REALLY ENJOYED

Staff are very helpful, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Requests are always taken into consideration and if able to carried out in a timely manner suitable for visitors.

Free parking

I requested a travel cot on arrival 2 weeks prior to booking and was told I would get one. This was not the case! I then asked every hour until it was well past my baby’s bedtime and he was hysterical. Finally, it transpired that they only had 2 but they were being used. They repeatedly lied saying they were bringing one. I was offered a free drink instead of a bed for my 4 month old! It was only when i demanded all my money back that one was found an hour later.
