Breakfast was delicious with plenty of salty and sweet choices. Fresh orange juice and gluten free bread and cereals. Staff was specially kind and friendly. Bed were very comfortable

Room size was good. Equipment was correct with a big TV. Beds were comfy.
The heating had broken down in the afternoon of our first day there (Saturday) and we were told when we came back to the hotel in the evening. The problem being that it was -3•C outside. We stayed that night and were given extra blankets but the second day heating and electric problems weren’t fixed (No TV in the morning, water Fontaine not working but at least hot water for the shower but still no heating…in the winter it’s less than ideal) we therefore left for another Novotel (of Marne-la-Vallée) for our second night, that I had to book myself and I’m still waiting for the reimbursement of two rooms for one night in the Novotel du Lac in Créteil.
The hotel is also a bit rundown (specially the shower, bath) and doesn’t feel 4 stars maybe more like two stars.
The location is also not as good as I thought, it’s a closed location at night but situated in the middle of very tall flats. While I’m born and leaved most of mi life in a part of the parisien suburbs close by and I’m used to this environment, I would not advise tourists to go for a walk around at night… The electric chargers in the car park seem to be in constant use by people which are apparently not all Customers, including taxis… I don’t really care as I don’t drive electric cars only and hired a self charging hybrid but it seems weird to have a constant flow of cars…during the weekend…
