Ideally located but a very tired hotel. I booked and paid for two night but only stayed one

The Location was perfect

Rooms are old and dated and very basic. Lots of "strange" people hanging about outside. No kettle in rooms and no English speaking TV Chanel

Great room and good location

We are a family of three and stayed in the room with our 11-year-old son. This was a last-minute booking, as we were unable to extend our stay at another place — but we wish we had stayed here for the entire duration of our trip. The room size was perfect for us. It had a dividing shutter that provided privacy between the beds at night, and we also enjoyed a large bathroom and balcony. The room has good facilities and the hotel offers its own parking, which was very convenient. We opted to have breakfast, and there was a good variety of continental food available.

Confused by the address of the hotel on Booking.com . Read my review for details.

bed, general cleanness

Address is wrong on BOOKING.COM, they didn't updated it. When u arrive at destination, there is no way to know where is the hotel. You have to guess and if you are enough smart, you will find it on the corner of the block. The main entrance is not really glam, let's say , it's looking like a building where deliverers drops their stuffs.

the beds were firm and good for restful sleep location was walkable from transport and shopping mall staff were respectful and responsive to any requests

very polite staff. everything is clean, the bed is very clean, the hot water was excellent. despite the heat, the room was very comfortable. cleaning takes place every day. room size is good. safe area.

very very bad wifi. thin walls. There were moments I could not fall asleep, because, judging by the sounds, one couple had a quarrel along with a fight. and there were very loud screams. twice in the hotel the siren worked in the middle of the night and I was very scared. poor breakfast.

I liked that the staff was welcoming, The room was okay and the neighborhood is quite peaceful. The hotel isn't that far away from the city itself, and the public transport coverage is great.

Can’t find anything positive to say about this hotel.

We checked in at 4 pm and the room was not made for my college. Had to wait. The pillow is the inside of a punch bag !! We had to pay additional fees on top of what booking charged us.

Un séjour simple avec un hébergement simple, sans attente particulière

Proximité avec la maison des syndicats, l'accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner du matin, le confort du lit.

Bon, on est à Paris, donc les rats qui se baladent tranquillement à l'extérieur 😂 Concernant la chambre, quelques dégradations constatées (bas de porte, ventilation dans la salle de bain..) mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de profiter pleinement de mon séjour. Et un léger manque d'insonorisation !

Personnel pas du tout accueillant, c’est limite si le monsieur a la réception nous a parlé, la dame de ménage était particulièrement agressive quand on lui a demandé une deuxième serviette. Chambre très très petite
