All the facilities at the hotel. The reception staff were exceptional as were the dining staff at the Smokehouse. A real shame about our experience at the Pool.
We were charged for parking at the hotel which were unaware of.

Room was nice size, lunch in restaurant was tasty and well presented
The Springs Health club was very disappointing, it smelt bad in the showers and they were filthy. The steam room was grubby with hair and fluff on floor and wasn't powerful, everything just felt grubby. Hot tub was closed, I spent about 7 mins in the whole spa and that was enough. really disappointing. Also bathroom layout was tight and awkward

The hotel feels very old and has a noticeable musty smell throughout. The rooms were cold, making the stay uncomfortable. The only heating available was an old electric radiator, which did not seem very safe to use, so we were reluctant to switch it on. Overall, the hotel could benefit from renovation and better temperature control.
