The bed was very comfy.
No robes when we arrived, took reception half hour to send some up. Room 757 was a bit tired in need of updating. Poor food experience in the Grill restaurant

This property is breath taking, an absolutely beautiful place
The bathroom looked a little tired, there was black mould in a few places in the shower.

Breakfast great . Not happy everytime the waiter got us a drink more money added to bill on top of drink. Went to bar after miserable stuck up bar maid didnt like it cos we decided not to order with waiter. Ordered a lemonchello cocktail as it was my birthday so treated myself and it came in a small flute glass and was very expensive.
Was told room was superior as it was my birthday very nice but have had better rooms when stayed .booked a buffet evening meal for family day before my son was told it was ofg nit very good for a special birthday
