Fantastic building, attentive staff and a great location for exploring Amsterdam by train or Zaandam on foot
Hotel bar was a bit of a fun sponge at night but plenty of other options nearby

I always choose this hotel to stay in. It is an amazing looking hotel, very central - close to the train station.
Easy to go around to places and the breakfast is the BEST!

The location was only a few mins walk from the train station, every member of staff we encountered was amazing and couldn't do enough to help. We hired bikes from the reception to get to zaanse schans which is only 25 mins away.
The food was fabulous, we didn't make a dinner reservation but mentioned how lovely it would be to sit next to the water feature and when we came back down the table had been reserved for us.

Location
Gigantic corridor in the room, room to small. Breakfast in the lobby is a no go, also the food below average.
