If you want to be near enough to Antwerp - 15 mins by train or bus - but not have to drive in, the location is great. Breakfast was served fresh, and was enough to really keep me going . Room was large, larger than some hotels I have used, and the bed is very comfortable. B&B is only short walk into the centre of old Lier, lots of places to eat and drink there.
Okay, this you need to think of if you have big luggage of difficulty with stairs. My room was on the 1st floor, which with the high ceiling height was a 1.5 narrow stair - no lift. Parking is on a pay and display nearby - 50m, but that wasn't an issue

Mooie ruime gezinskamer met fijn dubbel bed en met een toffe duplexverdieping voor de 2e slaapkamer voor m'n kids.
Heel proper en verzorgt.
Lekker en meer dan voldoende aan het ontbijt.
Locatie is ook goed , uitzcht minder.
Parking heel dichtbij.
Weinig stopcontacten voorhanden aan het bed.
Het is kiezen tussen tv , frigo , gsmoplader of nachtlampje.
Met daar een verdeelblok te voorzien is dit eenvoudig opgelost.
Anders totaal geen opmerkingen.

Breakfast was served at the table and was very good. The B&B was well positioned although I had understood when I booked that there was private car parking. There was a public carpark adjacent with modest parking charges.
The room was very small, two floors up under the eaves and reached by a very steep wooden staircase. The ensuite shower room was well fitted out.
