We were here for a local showjumping event. This hotel was located around 10 minutes away. We checked in late and the night porter was very helpful. She knew our names on arrival and took care of the check in. The room is basic, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is served canteen style and is very clean and efficient. It’s not exotic, but the hotel supports a good breakfast for the price of the hotel. This is a good hotel on a budget and very close to the town centre.

It doesn't look great from the outside, but it's pretty nice and comfortable inside, with modern, clean, spacious rooms. It's a no-frills hotels but it's perfectly fine for a couple of days, it's a good 8 mins walk to the (old) city centre, there is a small supermarket and a McDonalds next to the building.

Hotels.com says this hotel has a bar and a restaurant but there is neither of them. Big disappointment. Two restaurants within walking distance. I chose the grill. Strange servers and cook. Food ok. Room has comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. May not be quiet. Doors close loudly. Free parking. Convenient. Seems safe. Breakfast fine. No welcome gifts. Bathroom door is glass so no privacy. Overall ok but price is too much for this. I would try another place next time.

Second timing staying here, first time it was fine. This time unfortunately it wasn't great: the walls are very thin and on the first night I had noisy neighbours keeping me awake. On the second night there was very loud group in the bar area downstairs keeping me awake until 2am, unfortunately with no staff trying to manage the situation... The rooms are fine, clean and recently updated but the beds aren't great, the double beds are actually two single mattresses, the bed linen is also a bit rough I found. Not the best experience this time.

If your room is on road side, it will be really noisy during the night. The doors in the corridors were slamming whole night because of the draft. It wasn't the best and quiet night to rest. One more thing, when you pay good amounts for a hotel room, you at least expect a bottle of water as a complimentary. The night receptionist trying to convince to drink from tap or selling a bottle from bar was not nice at all!

Why would you want to stay anywhere else. Clean and tidy hotel with a massive comfy bed . Only issue was the tea facilities in the room and the slowness of the hairdryer but other than that we will be back for another stay

Hotel was fantastic amazing value for money we have never stayed in Belgium before so wasn't sure what to expect , cannot fault in anyway extremely friendly wouldn't hesitate to use again thank you for making our trip , close to places to eat 10 min walk lovely place .

Car park full of non guest cars. Window broken on ground floor. Hole in floor of reception. Paint and wall paper missing in corridor and room. Didnt want to risk the bath. Went looking for breakfast room food still there uncovered at 14-00. Bed was comfortable. Will not go there again.
