Great stay , great staff , great location

Very friendly staff

Only thing I’d say would be on site parking but the hotel is located in the town it’s difficult, I would advice the hotel to use the front court yard as parking I believe that would be better use of space

Quirky hotel with historic feel - if you don’t mind the narrow staircase

The hotel looks and feels ‘historic’. Staff was friendly.

I had an upstairs room, which means I had to go up a small and narrow flight of (wooden) stairs. Very quirky, but would not recommend this for older people. The public parking is a 10 minute walk away

Never got what I paid for

The room was clean and comfortable

We booked a deluxe king with private entrance and landmark view they put us in a room with no view it was a brick wall and no private entrance as we were busy I checked my booking before I left and mentioned to reception that I think they put us In the wrong room.They said you should have asked us to move you we had other rooms so I challenged why they didn't put us In the correct room to stay with Considering they had the rooms free. I should have had trouser press and ironing facilities, I said I paid 170 euros per night specifically for the view and the entrance they said nothing they can do about it.I never got what I paid for they weren't Interested they just deliberately gave me the wrong room also the grounds were badly kept messy with large bricks on the paths easy to fall over

Breakfast was very good, location was perfect although bizarrely I found it difficult to locate. Sat nav not at its best!

I didn't realise there was no parking and my lack of speaking the language was a challenge with the parking machines in the square.

exceptionally clean room, spacious bathroom. bathrobe, although we didn’t use it. The little things like dental set make your day

our room was on the second floor where you had to go via steep stairs, the last step was just on the door.

Great location and good service, but the upstairs rooms in the courtyard are had to access.

The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, and the bed was very comfortable.

The access to the room was via VERY steep stairs, with narrow steps, which made it hard to go up with bags and felt very dangerous. The bedroom was also quite cold,

Location was great. Rooms were impeccable and the breakfast very complete. The staff was very nice. We asked to have closer rooms and they made all the necessary to make it happen

Good location, fab breakfast and reception staff were lovely.

Stairs were very steep so little hard to get suitcase up and down them. Cleaner moved all our items/suitcase around the room and decided to throw an item away which wasn’t rubbish. Make sure to pack all your things away when you leave the room for the day!
