Not a hotel, what was represented as a two bedroom suite was more like a hostel.. no security front door to bldg main bldg left wide open , spooky & gross not connected to the main hotel.. we walked in , turned around and left...

Gross gross gross old and spooky as with multiple locked doors inside so called suite apparently renovated orphonage .. first room sppose to be living room, had a single bed mattress against wall that was it, just white sheet no furniture - wierd -- girl said it was for extra guest - 😳 then walk down hall one room on each side, windows looking at roof, other side small - then locked doors end of all - felt like maybe bad renovation of former prison at best. Typical cheaters trying to make money.

I could hear the TV in the room next door and the person next door in the bathroom as well. Bathroom only has a shower in the bathtub- might be an issue for some older people. I have not seen a single staff member. I checked in around 20:00- hotel door had to be opened remotely and key was in an envelope on a table; was a bit confusing. Also at check out no staff member available

We will definately be staying again.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of our son and new daughter in law's apartment and the City Hall where they were married. Our room was a lovely size with beautiful views of the canal and bridges. Breakfast was plentiful and the lady who served us was lovely and helpful.

The sink had no plug which made shaving tricky for my husband and I was worried about dropping jewellery down it when we got ready. It would also be helpful to have a mirror in front of the sink for shaving rather than behind your back! Minor features really!

total waste of money, find somewhere else, safer.

I stayed for 1 night, I’d booked for a week & I didn’t go back. Awful, dated & dirty hotel, more like hostel. I have never felt so unsafe when travelling ever, I couldn’t go back and I found somewhere else luckily! If you’re a solo traveler please be careful. Room was dark, tiny ( so claustrophobic ) and nothing worked. I felt I was in a tower locked away and nobody would find me. Very isolating. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Total waste of money, wished I’d never book it, not ok at all.

Good location, spacious room, but the hotel needs renovating.

It was hard to find the entrance, a problem I have never encountered anywhere before. Once found, it was locked (at 3pm on a Sunday). The hotel is very worn out in just about every aspect though the shower worked well. The price was high, for what one gets.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the neighbors do. The rooms are smaller than advertised. The television is very old and does not support casting, except on YouTube. So you can't watch Netflix or any movies. Only live TV.

nice stay. spacious room and bathroom but unfortunately there were some malfunctions and no privacy in the bathroom.

nice location! close to the center… large bedroom and bathroom.

bathroom had no door. so no privacy if you need to go to the toilet. bath tub was very nice but the sink was not working meaning that the water did not float away as the knob needed to be held manually to get the water removed. and as this is a very large bath this took a lot of time. after mentioning to the reception they say after the problem was still existing

Lier is beautiful and the hotel in a great location. Would recommend it overall.

Pleasant historical building in a lovely location. Excellent breakfast and high standard of cleanliness.

We stayed Thursday to Sunday night inclusive and on the Friday and Saturday nights were weddings/events and there was a lot of noise (music, people banging doors and talking loudly in the corridors) up until 3am on both nights. Doors could do with soft closures that prevent people banging them.

Perhaps because of arriving on market dat, it was difficult to get to the hotel as even ‘HERE WE GO’ let us drive in circles. During breakfast water from the sealing was dripping on our table and on the plate of my friend. We moved the table and had our breakfast.

Enjoyable stay in the city centre.

The room was larger than expected from the description. Much bigger bathroom than stated. Clean. Really good breakfast. Central location with easy walking access to the town square, restaurants and more. Somewhat complicated for our GPS to find the address due to many oneway streets. Public parking nearby for a few Euros in the daytime and free on Sundays.

Directions to find the door to the hotel could be better and more visible.
