Location was great - close to Ropeway terminal.
Hotel was comfortable and well kept.
The private bathtub was too hot and no way to adjust temperature. Also, couldn’t get an ironing board to use.

Невероятный опыт! выдают три комплекта одежды и 4 вида тапочек, чтобы носить их в гостинице. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины. Онсены и массаж тоже очень понравились))
Жаль, что бесплатный трансфер до станции Odawara ходит только тр раза в день. И его нужно бронировать сильно заранее.

LOVED the private onsen! It was filled and warm upon arrival and perfectly relaxing for our rainy night stay. The buffet was great- not many western options but plenty of food and drinks!
No fault of the hotel but weather prevented us from exploring much

Nice hotel, but the rooms can be very far and complicated to reach from the lobby. We had to take to elevators and walk quite far to get to our room.
Dinner may not be suitable for everyone, it was mostly fish and sea food which I don’t eat so it was hard for me to find something to eat.
Also, breakfast is ending very early at 9:30 am and you can wait on line to get in because all the guests of the hotel have to eat in two and half hours.
Overall nice hotel but needs improvements.
Dinner, long walk to the room.
