The location was amazing. It is right in the middle of everything that we wanted to do in Florence. The rooftop terrace has amazing views of the Duomo and the rest of the city.

The location is amazing. We loved the rooftop patio and the view of the Duomo. The apartment was very spacious.

Location was decent, bathrooms and facilities worked. Freezer was great, and the rooftop terrace was amazing!!
Climb up the stairs was enough to never book again, and one of the A/C unit mini-splits stopped working and was never looked at and worked on. These alone will keep me from booking this place again. Plus, there was never any communication from the property until the day before, and nothing during the stay either.
