Location, space
AC was very loud and on the master bedroom it didn’t work well😢Even the AC was working so hard, the temperature in room was quite high. It was on all night, we used the ear plugs but still it was noisy. But at least we didn’t hear the noise from outside🤣

Good communication on how to get the keys and other things. The apartment is huge and had large bedrooms including an on-suite in the twin. The location is 2 minutes from the duomo and easy to get around florence.
Air con was loud but in both bedrooms and living room and not a lot could do about this as it was very needed
