Great view and outside facilities but house is a bit weathered

Spectacular location, view, and the hot tub and pool were in great condition. Great recommendations from host for local food and activities.

The house has a serious ant and spider problem. Even before we brought food in the house we found swarms of ants in the bedrooms and living rooms. It's a lake house so some bugs are to be expected, but for the price they probably should do some basic pest remedies. The check in and check out process was a bit overly complicated compared to other properties

The views are absolutely amazing. It's a large, private property with amazing views from the bedrooms, the gardens, the hot tub, etc. Just stunning. The villa is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable fits 12. Deborah, our host, was super responsive both before and during our stay, and is really service-minded. Thank you!

There is nothing I would improve; the house is such a wonderful setting for a family/friends gathering in the beautiful lake Como area. You do want rental car(s) though, as you will be a bit disconnected from the world without a car (even if the local restaurant 2 min walk from villa was really nice!)

The view was incredible, big area all for yourself, hottub in the rainy nights was wonderful and always warm. The property was very secluded and private. Outdoor area was especially beautiful + jumping to the lake from a private walkway was an added bonus!!!

Inside furnishing was quite outdated, but the outdoor area made up for it!

Location is little far away from sightseeing locations but the view is speculator , breakfast is not included, the restaurant near the property have the best food, we all love it.

Location is exceptional and the view is amazing, literally from every room. Greta who manages the property was extremely helpful and forthcoming. She helped us to organize great catering and advised on activities available in the area.

It was quite windy every day, but I am not sure if it is the case in general because of location or we were just unlucky with the weather.

The view and everything you will find there is exactly like at the pictures - actually the best view you may have around the Como Lake for money:) Excellent place for 10-14 people with your own hill, swimming pool and jacuzzi in the very hear of the lake. Very clean and beautiful. Highly recommended for a family or romantic event.

La posizione è mozza fiato, la casa sublime per architettura e design. Pulitissima, curatissima, contesto molto affascinante.

Top Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht.

- Tolle Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. - Genügend Platz für 12 Personen und 3 Autos. - Grillmöglichkeiten (Kohle/Holz usw. selber mitnehmen), zwei gedeckter Aussenbereiche mit Esstisch. - Grosser Garten mit Whirlpool und Pool was sehr gut war. - Handtücher standen uns zur Verfügung sowie Haartrockner. - Einfache Zufahrt sowie Schlüsselübergabe. - Geräumige Zimmer, Wohnzimmer. - Es gibt einen privaten See-Ufer Abschnitt unten vom Grundstück welches wir leider nicht schauen gegangen sind. - Ruhige Lage wo wir unter uns sein konnten. Keine Nachbarschaften/Baustellen wo uns gestört haben. - Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. - Die Villa ist nicht die modernste. Sie ist schon etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem angenehm für ein guter Aufenthalt um die Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Es hat alles was man braucht jedoch ist nicht alles "modern / Luxus".

- Duschhahn funktionierte nicht so gut. Schwierigkeiten bei der Temperatureinstellung. - Die Küche etwas klein. Die Pfannen sollte man mal ersetzen. - Bettlaken zu gross. - Für die zukünftigen Gäste: Alles prüfen was vorhanden ist (Ventilator, Fernbedienungen usw.) während dem Check-In sowie dies auf die Funktionalität prüfen. Am besten fotografieren oder Viedeoaufnahmen machen damit es beim Check-Out keine Missverständnisse gibt.

- Gute Lage - Sehr schöne Aussicht - Whirlpool und Pool - Grosser Aussenbereich, viel Platz - Alles, was man braucht

- Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - Nur teilweise Warmwasser - Schlechtes Wifi - Es wurden lärmige Arbeiten durchgeführt, obwohl versprochen wurde, dass das nicht passiert
