Great stop to see Como

Pool onsite was really nice and having the convinience of the restaurant on site was great and the staff were all exceptional. And if you ever stay I can highly recommend the chocolate cake in the restaurant.

Beautiful property and very comfortable room! We wish we could have stayed longer. The easy parking, lovely grounds, clean pool, air conditioning, ceiling fan, proximity to the lake, and delicious food were all appreciated!

The dinner was delicious, but took over 3 hours to get all of our food.

A truly wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed every minute of our stay here and would love to return.

It was peaceful and beautifully maintained/renovated. It had everything you could possibly need or want. The pool and outside area was amazing, the staff went over and above to make sure we were happy (nothing was too much trouble) and all the staff were friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious, the included breakfast was ideal and the whole place was spotless - what more could you ask for?! We didn’t use the spa but I’m sure that would have been great too. Just a perfect peaceful base to visit Menaggio, Belaggio and Como from. We loved the 11am check out and we were so grateful to the owner who let us in well after the last check in time as we were delayed. The animals at the house were very friendly and no bother at all - super cute dogs especially. We would recommend this to anyone!

dogs barking under my window at 22:30, cock starded singing at 2:30 am, non stop. Friendly tenants but with very limited english or french capabilities. Closed restaurant that evening (I had enquired before my stay)

Beautiful room with lovely view. Food excellent and staff lovely and friendly. Easy to walk to the lake and quieter location near lovely town with interesting walk. Was very happy with my choice.

Can’t think of anything except the approach to the property isn’t quite what you expect . But once you arrive it is lovely. Food is so good we didn’t eat anywhere else.

a hotel that has everything! great location to get around lake Como and also spend much needed time for rest and relaxat

the property was breathtaking the food was incredible and the rooms were extremely comfortable best of all the staff were so accommodating and helped us plan our trip in Lake Como the first day we relaxed by the pool and ate at the hotel, the next day we took a 20 minute bus to the port and got a boat to Bellagio day 3 we got a boat from the local town all the way to Como without the help of the staff we would never of been able to do so much - they really made our trip so fulfilling

Family friendly amazing hotel

The property is well laid out and has a very homely feel. The staff really made the trip for us, everyone was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant was so good that our friends kept coming over from their hotel to eat with us.

Exceptional

We really like the pool and the outside garden so we came back after a year. Kids love to play with the dogs. The dinner was amazing, especially the desserts at the end. The fresh juice in the morning makes a great start of the day.

Pleasant

Staff is generally very nice. I loved to have the 2 dogs of the house around :) We arrived late on the check-in night, after the time the kitchen would be closed. They were very nice to keep it open to allow us to still have dinner. The food was very good!

Super uncomfortable beds and very small tv. The pictures are representative of the room but make it seem a bit more charming than it is. The spa is not included in the price of the room (20€ per person, for 2h), which in the case of bad weather could be an alternative to the pool if it was not paid extra. The breakfast was very disappointing. We found the room very overpriced.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location is a little off the beaten path but thats what I wanted. The restaurant was terrific, the new pool was fantastic and it was an easy walk to the lake.

I would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

I can really recommend this place! we had a very nice stay and spent every day underneath the olive trees at the pool.

Exceptional friendly family business

Great welcoming by the family, we felt home from the very first minute. We had a very nice dinner, served us great local wines, vegetables coming from their garden. My wife haf a medical issue, and they called a doctor immediately, even paid him as we had no cash on is. Really fantastic stays. Top of the bill is that we even could charge our electrical car!

Too expensive for what it is, not very well located, not a lot of charm. Disappointing in conclusion

The only positive aspect is that the hotel has a spa (jacuzzi, hammam, sonna).

It's totally overprice...and it's not what I call agritourism. There are too many rooms, the house looks like an hotel (not like a farm). There is no felling of being at someone'ss house. The location is not nice, there is no view on the lake and the houses around are not very beautiful. Our room was super small, the shower as well. There is no AC in the room (which during summer can be a problem because it's very hot). The pool is smaller than on the pictures. The furnitures in the garden looks "cheap". We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and the food was not very good (the fish was too dry). In the end and to conclude we were very disappointed of the price/value. Maybe if the night had been cheaper we would not have left a negative comment, but it was very expensive for what it is.
