Spacious apartment with a view of Lake Como located within a security gated fence with private parking. The owner (Virginia) was very nice and helpful with clear check instructions.
There are tennis courts nearby with some noise.

We were there in January. The apartment is better than the photographs! Everything is perfect. It was warm and fully equipped (we would like some espresso cups! ).
The view is stunning, you can see the lake and the high mountains!
There is a garage for 2 cars. The entrance is very easy with code. No elevator for the 2nd floor.
Nice walk on the lake shore to Colico.
Some guests in the summer may be disturbed by the noise coming from the 2 courts in front of the building.
