What didn’t we like?! Location in terms of the lake was great, communication was fantastic throughout. Facilities are excellent. Apartment was nicely decorated and super comfortable. Beds and showers were great and the provision of a washing machine was helpful. Right near a supermarket, and the station was just down the road.

The only minor thing would be the gap above the wall to the children’s room means if you’re up in the lounge watching tv or talking it disturbs them.

Perfect spot for the lake, restaurants & for getting around

Our apartment was lovely, very clean, a few steps from the lake & restaurants, an easy walk to the station. The beds were comfortable & the pool looked lovely although we didn’t use it. Eleanora & the rest of the team were very helpful, unfortunately my husband was unwell & she organised for a dr to see him & prescribe antibiotics, which we were so grateful for. Highly recommend this place

Wonderful time

The personel was incredibly helpful and hospitable. They gave us additional toiletries and stuff like washing liquid or garbage bags without a problem. The pool was a great addition. The room was clean, had everything that was needed. The localisation is great - you have all you need withing 15 minutes walk: restaurants, bus station, market.

Perfect stay.

The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. You have everything you need. It is few steps from the lake , on a plaza with several restaurants. The pool area and hotub were a nice addition. You can have a good breakfast for 6$ per person delivered to your room. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hot tub could be a bit warmer.

Well equipped, very clean, lovely bathroom and shower, we also had a large balcony which we used in the evening.

The entrance road is unpaved and we were on foot pulling cases from the station, but after we got into the residence, it was super.

Cleanness.

The accommodation itself was in a beautiful location and made for a pleasant short stay. However, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, the price was a bit on the high side compared to similar options in the area. Additionally, the check-in process was slightly frustrating due to difficulty entering the access code to the door — though manageable, it could definitely be improved. What truly caused inconvenience was the issue surrounding the city tax, a small fee of €10 imposed by the government. Unfortunately, the property management failed to collect this either in advance or upon check-out, as they should have. Later, I was contacted by one of the hotel staff members and asked to transfer the amount, which proved challenging due to banking limitations. Although I explained the situation and requested to be exempted — especially considering the minor amount and the effort required — my request was not accepted. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I asked them to send me a new booking link through Booking.com so I could complete the payment with ease. That request, however, went unanswered. A small issue, but the way it was handled left a negative impression.

The best experience!

I enjoyed how close the property was to everything. Only a quick walk to the lake and shops. I didn’t expect it to be so beautiful, but it was everything I wanted and more. Additionally, Elenora is the best host and I couldn’t recommend staying here more.

Comfortable, Well-Located Apartment with Great Facilities.

Great location close to the train station and ferry, with lots of places to eat nearby. The apartment said "no view," but from the balcony, we could see the lake on one side and mountains on the other, which was a lovely surprise. We had a large, spacious apartment with comfy beds, including the sofa bed. The pool area is really nice, and the bar serves drinks at decent prices. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The building feels very secure with a locked gate. We thought the curtains were a bit thin at first, but there are electric shutters that give full or partial blackout, which was great. USB charging points on some sockets were available, good WiFi, and 5G worked well (we’re on O2 from the UK and had no issues around Colico or the lake). TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms, all with Netflix. The free bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch after a long day in Milan. Kitchen, bathroom, and storage all excellent. Check-in was very easy with clear communication beforehand. Reception is open until 7 pm, which was reassuring and helpful.

Most nights, it was really quiet and peaceful, but one night, there was a group of noisy guests talking loudly and dragging chairs around into the early hours. It sounded like it was coming from the corridor, outside, and next door all at once, so the comments about thin walls in other reviews might be fair. Thankfully, it was just one night out of six, and they left the next day, so we didn’t let it spoil our stay, and the other nights were very quiet.

Perfect Como spot for relaxation and stunning views .

Brand new apartment , loads of space and a nice terrace . Amazing shower and very nice hosts -this place is right on the lake and beside a little harbour with a few restaurants aunts and bars . The ferry to other Como spots is only a 100m away. Colico is a quieter part of lake and not so busy -we loved it !

Only small thing would be to add some weights in the Gym to make it even better -but a very nice place nonetheless !

One of most beautiful locations! especially when you relax by the pool with the view on mountains !We visited Varenna but Colico is so much more relaxing far away from all the turists…we loved the apartment,there is everything you need.We will be back ☺️

Absolutely amazing stay, fully recommend!

Andrea and Eleonora were amazing, easy to contact throughout our stay and extremely friendly and helpful! The apartment we stayed in was clean, lots of room and had an amazing view of the lake and mountains! The jacuzzi was really nice and romantic, we ended up using it twice! Would fully recommend and will probably be staying again!

Pleasant

The location is near the train and the ferry, the room is big and clean.

Very noisy, the room is very close to the railways, so we heard every train that passed from 6 am till 11 pm. Also there was a noise of people talking and construction work or something like that. The bed is not comfortable.
