Perfect stay

The location is perfect and the lake view stunning. Very close to town and all the restaurants. The garden is an oasis and very private. The bbq is an excellent addition The owners are easily reachable and you get a discount at their bike and boat hire. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the gadgets needed.

Relaxing pleasant stay at a perfectly positioned villa.

spacious, close to the lake, several restaurants and bars within a minute walk. lake ferry terminal very close as is the train station. plenty of activity as festivals gear up. Silvia the owner was fantastic. Any info or request was dealt with very quickly.

Exceptional

We had an apartment in the first floor with three bedrooms and kitchen area. The location of the house on the promenare and near the Yacht harbour is really idylic. We have rented a boat from the owner of the house Silvia and have spent wonderful time cruising the lake. The surrounding Alps covered still with snow create a picture to be remembered for rest of our life. Silvia has provided us with useful tips and left some tea and coffee for us to use.

in April is still pretty cold in the night and one should bring some warm clothes with.

Location would have been nice if it wasnt for the fairground in front and train staion behind. Dont go there if you want peace and quiet. No lake view either

Beautiful villa, lot of space, nice centre, parking next to villa, sunshine almost all days

Location fantastic near harbour and centre Colico en supermarkets. We could use the electric boat for 2 hours that was a nice surprise ! The new kitchen was very complete ; I personally misted a coffee machine. Perhaps in future update bathroom and real beds in 2 bedrooms (instead of wooden pallets). If groundfloor could be hired too in future than the villa is perfect for family vacation. Friendly owners property.

The beds with wooden pallets maybe not suitable for adults. Instead of 2 seats in kitchen a living room would be nice esspecialy when more people are in the house.

Das Wohnzimmer selbst ist etwas klein geraten. Es fehlen ein paar Sitzmöbel in den Räumen.

Weekend a Colico, sul Lago di Como

Località incantevole, ho avuto la fortuna di trovare il giusto posto nel giusto periodo, turistico ma non affollato. La casa molto spaziosa, accogliente, comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, con un fiorito e curato giardino e cortile con posto auto. Molte finestre in ogni stanza che permettono una fantastica illuminazione fino a tardi. Camere super confortevoli e profumate. Personalmente ho apprezzato tantissimo il tema e i colori della casa, che posta di fronte al lago, accoglie in stile fiabesco Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito preziosi suggerimenti sui posti che più meritavano essere visitati. (Nelle foto la vista da uno dei balconi, il posto auto e il lago navigato con una barca presa dal personale della casa, che ha un noleggio bici e barche)

Non mi è piaciuto che la permanenza sia durata solo 2 notti ma questo non è un problema della struttura, tornerò Tutto fantastico
