Good base to explore northern end of Lake Como

Large apartment, tastefully decorated with all equipment one could need. Balcony with nice view of mountains in peaceful area. Garden and swimming pool (shared with the other apartments) was very pleasant. Super friendly and helpful host.

As we didn't have a car, being 20mins walk from town/station etc. wasn't perfect but not the end of the world. No washing machine in apartment although host did offer to do some washing for us.

Excellent, comfortable and relaxing stay in a both modern and traditional residence.

Casa Unica - da Bruno is a very comfortable residence with all the facilities present that you might need. Contact with Bruno was convenient through the booking.com messaging system and his whatsapp. We had no troubles checking in and really enjoyed out stay.

There were quite a few mosquitos when we stayed here so I can recommend buying one of those anti-mosquito plugs at the local supermarket to get rid of them. After we bought that we were no longer troubled by any mosquitos inside.

Perfect stay, amazing host

Everything! Bruno is the best host, nice and caring, provided us with every little thing we needed. The house is comfortable and clean, all utilities present. Would love to come again and stay at casa unica!

Beautiful view around the house. Mornings are much better when you can admire the beauty of mountains around you. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Everything you may need is in the equipment of the house. We really enjoyed our stay with our 4-months old child.

clean, spacious and well-equiped house with big place outside with table, grill and sunbeds surrounded by a lot of plants; house is quite cold and brings relief during hot weather; small pool with clean and filtrated water; Bruno/host was very helpful and hearty; location within walking distance to the center of Colico (15-20 min),

The accommodation was beautiful, really clean but still with old charm. The views each morning were incredible and Bruno was very attentive and helpful, whilst still giving us our space to enjoy the property as our own.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allen was für eine Woche benötigt. Bruno ist ein super Gastgeber.

Etwas weit weg vom See. Zu Fuß (mit Kinderwagen) nur über stark befahrene Straßen zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Brunos wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool wunderschönem Garten, unseren

Wir wurden von Bruno mit kaltem Wasser, Prosecco und leckerem Eis begrüßt. Er ist ein fantastischer gastgeber und hat uns viele gute tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Das Haus und die Anlage sind wunderschön, gepflegt und unsere Ferienwohnung (die 1. im EG) war super sauber und super gut ausgestattet und urig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Obwohl wir auf dem bettsofa in der Küche geschlafen haben, hatten wir zu viert genug Platz , da im Garten auch noch ein wunderschöner überdachter essplatz ist mit Blick auf die tolle Berglandschaft. Der vollkommen eingezäunte hübsche Garten war perfekt für uns Familie mit Hund. Wir waren völlig privat und ungestört. Der Pool war sauber, war schön in den Garten eingebettet und unsere Kinder hatten super viel Spaß darin. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, tolle Strände ( Spiaggia Piona mit leckerer Pizzeria, La Breva, beide mit klarem sauberen Wasser) gute Infrastruktur mit Supermärkten und Restaurants, super Gegend für Kitesurfen , wandern, trotz Ferienzeit nicht überlaufen.

Un appartement très bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et un accueil chaleureux de notre hôte Bruno. La piscine, bien que petite, est appréciable. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

Comme il n'y a pas de clim, on aurait aimé aux fenêtres une moustiquaire et des volets.

Schöner Garten, liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, gute Küchenausstattung, toller Blick

Die Möbel sind außergewöhnlich und schön, teilweise aber etwas unpraktisch. Zeitweise gab es bis spät abends lautes Hundegebell. Die Kommunikation bezüglich Müll oder Wäsche war manchmal etwas schwierig, es hat aber letztlich geklappt.

Geweldig verblijf!

Bruno en Chiara zijn heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. De woning is gezellig & authentiek ingericht en goed uitgerust. Het balkon met het prachtige uitzicht was een groot pluspunt. Ook de locatie was top: dichtbij het strand (zeker met de auto, eventueel te voet), supermarkt... bovendien heeft Colico gezellige grasstranden, wat voor ons ideaal was omdat we met een baby reisden.

Der perfekte Ort für den Urlaub

Alles, super freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schöne Wohnung im grünen, ruhig aber nah an der Stadt. Sehr nette Einrichtung mit Persönlichkeit. Es war alles da. Bequemes Bett und zwei tolle Balkonen. Alles perfekt.

Tolles, rustikales Haus mit Pool und Garten und italienischem Flair

Das Haus war wunderschön rustikal und der Ausblick auf die Berge unglaublich schön. Der Pool war super für die Kinder. Der Gastgeber Bruno war sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer erreichbar, falls es ein Problem gab und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Region gegeben. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Wer empfindlich ist, was Mückenstiche angeht, bitte viel Mückenspray mitbringen. Es gibt leider sehr viele Stechmücken.

Urige Wohnung am Comersee

Die Unterkunft und der Garten waren wirklich sehr schön. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Ortschaft ist noch nicht so touristisch, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Bei Temperaturen über 30°C wird die Wohnung sehr warm und kühlt nachts kaum ab. Der Pool ist sehr klein, für Kinder toll für Erwachsene eher so lala.

La verdad es que hemos estado super bien!! No podría decir nada malo. Si tuviera que decir algo diría que es casi indispensable el coche porque la casa está un poco apartada del centro de Colico.. pero como íbamos en coche no fue un inconveniente :)

Ein wenig außerhalb, ca. 2 km zum Zentrum, dafür super ruhig und ein schöner Garten.

Wenn ein Pool drauf steht sollte er auch benutzbar sein, klar im Frühling ist es zum Teil noch kalt, dann aber darauf hinweisen.
